So happy with our bed from @featherandblack ❤️ we’ve gone for the Oliver bed in bronze and it fits the room perfectly! .
Don’t think I’ve shown you this angle before (probably because I couldn’t stand the old bed!) this photo is taken from the ensuite door. Its a really lovely sized room and now it has a gorgeous bed to match the other gorgeous things in it! 🥰🥰 .

I used to be able to sleep like a baby for for something around 18 hours. So you can imagine my deep disappointment when I went from that to interrupted sleeping, constant waking up and looking at the clock which started around 4 or 5 AM, sometimes sooner, high heartbeat rate, inability to sleep till nine, ten or even seven, even on holidays or weekend, and worst of all losing this sweet few minutes deep asleep or what I thought was the sweetest sleep after snoozing the alarm then going back to bed almost every morning.
Sleep like everything else in life goes through phases and it changes and evolves over time during your lifetime. So let’s talk about sleep hygienes a little bit:
1- as of today, doctors say an average of 6 to 8 hours sleep is recommended for almost everyone. Better to be night sleep.
2- Eliminate smoking, foot and beverages that increases anxiety.
3- plan a regular activity program.
4- avoid daytime napping.
5- have a bedtime routine.
6- make sure you’re not hungry before going to bed.
7- try relaxation techniques before bedtime.
8- get comfortable.

QUIET PLAYTIME....... Quiet playtime is how we refer to the playtime you have with your baby after feeding and just before putting them down for sleep. It’s beneficial, (especially when baby is under 3 months) to encourage quiet playtime propped up in a fraser chair, bouncer or on a small pillow. This helps your baby with digestion of their feed before bed.
During quiet playtime hold back on any intense eye contact and talk quietly without too much stimulation.
This all helps to promote calmer settling and better sleep 😴

Today I have slept all day😴 Was awake until 6 AM, because i had so much pain in my stomach yesterday and tonight. Vomiting and diarrhea all day and all night..🤒 Now i am so much better and ready for a new week! Hope you guys had a nice weekend🐾
