Celebrating the fall season in the Yukon is always a pleasure. So many great memories and vibrant colors on the trail in Tombstone. Just trying to soak it all in when I wasn't grinding on the trail. Glad to be back home but my mind happily wanders to the far north 🇨🇦
Spent a windy evening out on the shores of Lake Winnipeg with my good friend @chrisfordphotographics a couple of weeks back. Got completely soaked but was lots of fun! Happy Wednesday everyone...thanks for having a look!
I love lighthouses but wasn't so inspired when we first got here with the late morning light. After walking around not taking any photos, I found these bushes that created some interested foreground with a nice angle on the lighthouse. Would love to return here for a sunset!
This little guy was the only wildlife I saw while I was in Manitoba. He ran across the road in front of me and I hit the breaks fast. He decided to hang out in that spot in the ditch, posing so nicely long enough for me to get a couple decent shots!
I’ve tried to do this hike 3 times before & always gotten completely socked in by weather so would give up and go somewhere else (usually also with bad weather, just shorter). We still rushed down but it wasn’t to beat a storm, it was to catch ‘tea’ time at @mountengadine 🥂
