Growing up, I’ve always had this on and off relationship with the guitar. I’d tried learning here and there but always gave up. Until recently, life started pulling me in so many directions, it got hard for me to unwind. I’ve tried meditating, reading, yoga; everything and I somehow ended up back at guitar, I’m glad I did. I somehow ended up back at my roots, the Beatles. I remember seeing my dad jamming out to the Beatles and his favorite song, Let it Be. He’d be playing on that blue Stratocaster behind me, which he said he got for me, but seeing how he made time to play that thing every day, I’d say otherwise haha! Anyways, after two months of practice, here’s hopefully the first of many, a little arrangement of my favorite song by the Beatles: Here Comes the Sun.

I’m learning how to fall in love with God all over again. To fall in love with my savior Jesus Christ. I’m learning how to fall in love again not because I don’t love him, but because I don’t want my love for him to become complacent. Love is not a feeling, it’s a choice. .
This is the reason why marriages or relationships sometimes fail. When we realize that love is a choice, there has to be action right behind it. You have to put in the work to find new ways, reasons to love that person. Same with God. The only difference is that in a marriage or a relationship you hope for your significant other to do the same and choose to love you every day. With God is easier, because you don’t have to hope or worry. .
1 John 4:16 reminds us that you can trust in his love. He will always love you the same. His love for you will never change no matter the many changes you undergo throughout your lifetime here on earth and there’s nothing you can do to make Him love you more. His love for you will never be matched. Not even by you. But you can try! .
Today I was reading Romans 5:5- “And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly GOD LOVES US, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love” and God spoke to me. He made it clear that just as a significant other can give me [you] a gift to remind me [you] of them, a gift that shows their love, God did and does the same for me and you. He has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. His gift is placing the Holy Spirit in us. Inside our heart and it’s not only a gift that reminds us of his love, but it also produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness in our lives (Galatians 5:22). Who else gives this kind of love?? No one! .
I pray that you take time at least 5-10 minutes to find new reasons to fall in love with him. Falling in love with him is easy you just have to allow him to speak to you. When you let him love you, you’ll have no choice but to love him back and it’s the best choice ever. .
If you want to learn more about his love let me know!

How to: Find yourself⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Did you ever ask yourself, if you're actually doing the right thing with your life? Does your life make you happy?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The other day a good friend told me, that she honestly doesn't know, what makes her happy. That she doesn't have a particular hobby, nothing she really loves to do. She's not unhappy, don't get me wrong. It's just a lack of passion in her life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think, it can be quite a pickle to find yourself, if you're a grown up person with a full time job, family and lots and lots of responsibilities. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So if you‘ve ever asked yourself the same questions as my friend does, maybe you should start looking at your childhood. Because the little You is still inside of you. And that child still loves the same stuff it loved, when it was little. So maybe if your grownup self doesn't know what it loves, the child might be the right one to ask. Maybe it's climbing on trees? Singing? Making up stories? What does your little You love? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
LAST DAY TO SEE THE RIOT ACT 🔥 See the Council Chamber in the Town Hall like you've never seen it before! It's a play reflecting on a 100 years ago when Lutonians burnt down the Town Hall during riots against politicians abusing their power. What has changed? See our performance, where I'm also doing my first acting gig!
Secret Window (2004) ♥️♥️ Drawing inspiration from David Koepp's 'The Trigger Effect' I plumped to catch up on some of his past projects, and yet despite this title resting upon a Stephen King novel, the whole film fails to impress not because of the source material, but rather the poor casting of Johnny Depp, whose acting falls far short of that needed to bring the narrative to life.
With a terrific ensemble conversely bringing up the rear, 'Secret Window' offers real hope, but sadly with Depp's abject inability to characterise, the quality level remains well below par, while by the end of the second act the twist appeared with remarkably little effort, and so regardless of how hard the director and supporting cast worked to hold it all together, 'Secret Window' winds up a lost opportunity and an example in cautious and discriminate casting gone awry.
In closing, this film isn't terrible, it's just sadly left wanting due to one apple spoiling the whole basket, and so I would suggest that if you like Johnny Depp it's a decent enough investment, but those who feel like me would be best steering clear rather than risking disappointment.
