The road to Panos was worth it because of this. Our Highlanders were blessed with good weather so they could enjoy this amazingly breathtaking view. Moments like these make Highlander Velebit a real adventure of a lifetime. 🌅

Everything in life can be figured out. Because there is always a greater plan than our immediate perspective we will see.
I look back on the beautiful club Holly and I built, and the community we fostered... and miss all the people. And when the landlord didn’t handle his agreement to keep the building maintained and safe, it felt like the biggest, soul-crushing blow to our goals & dreams. We wanted so badly for that space to be something more, not just for business, but for our community, for all of the coaches looking on, for the future.
And as time passes by, and I get grounded back to my Truth, my Inner Knowing, I allow that, once a whisper, to speak clearly to us, to keep moving, keep searching, keep learning and growing, keep moving on... the answers to my questions come faster, my heart song sings louder, and where we are going next continues to reveal itself.
When I come back to yoga, I realize, we don’t need to have all the answers. In fact, that’s part of the journey is not needing to know. How grateful I am that in Herbalife, we can have the #LifeFreedom to adventure out into the unknown, and still have the safety of knowing we’ll be well taken care of. My income still grows, no matter how far the next rest stop, I still have good nutrition in the back seat, that we have gobs of HerbaFam that will not only take us in, but take us around and show us all the good stuff in their hometowns and collaborate with us on the next steps, that we have team everywhere to meetup with and grow with... _____________________
So if you’re reading this and have every felt lost or stuck, remember, Everything is #FigureOutable . You are SO strong and never alone. Someone else has most certainly GROWN through whatever you are GOing through right now... and you WILL too! If you need a little personal cheering squad, reach out, I’m your girl 🙋🏻♀️💜

Days 75 - 78 - Adelaide river - Butterfly Gorge, Robin Falls and Berry Springs
We based ourselves at Adelaide River Inn and Resort for 4 nights as we were told of the September special, $10 per night with power and water, plus a pool. The pub meals were huge, the pool refreshing and there was a jumping castle for the kids! They also have ‘charlie’ the buffalo from Crocodile Dundee on display!
On the first day we headed to butterfly gorge, named for the butterflies that thrive in the cool rock crevices. We had this gorgeous gorge to ourselves for the entire 2 hours we were there. To get to the main pool you either have to wade through waist deep water or walk the 2km lookout route, we did the lookout route to get there and the water crossing on the way back, both equally worth doing. Some of us were a little scared to swim because they do warn of freshies in the gorge, but fortunately we didn’t see any.
We then headed to Robin falls, the girls stayed in the campground and played on the creek edge while Jason walked to the falls. The falls weren’t running this late in the season but would be stunning when it was flowing.
The next day we headed back to Darwin and those incredible water parks as a surprise for the girls. Plus we had to get a few supplies. On the way we stopped at Berry Springs for a splash.
Berry Springs weren’t as warm as some of the other springs we’ve been to but on a hot day you don’t want it too warm. The picnic area was huge, there are 2 main pools to swim in plus a little water fall to splash in. #4wardsmovingforward#condorcaravans#np300 #visitnt#ntaustralia#butterflygorge#berrysprings#robinfalls#explorenorthernterritory#australiatravel#australia#northernterritory#travelaustraliawithkids#lapofaustralia#adventure#adventureofalifetime#noworkforme#adelaideriver

There’s a spiritual lesson in every life circumstance no matter how challenging and painful it seems in the moment.
We are passing through, accumulating wisdom.
When we get silent and tune in with our heart, the place of presence then we will see the guiding light that will help move us beyond the negativity or the darkness.
Back into the light in more graceful way.
We will transmute the darkness into light and that is what we’re here for!
Love yourself first.
Be kind to yourself.
Stay focused on the light.
For-give-ness is forward giving, give what you need most, that’s the secret.
You are stronger and bigger than any circumstance.
Ask for guidance if you’re called to.

Energeticaly SPACE is all around us. We have it and we fill it. When our ego fills up that SPACE too much it leaves no room for the divine.
When our ego fills up that SPACE too much we can become exhausted, drained and overstretched.
But why do we fill up that SPACE so much rather than let it be? Because we're scared, or we don't want to experience the silence, the unknown, or potentially we're trying to escape something inside of us that we don't want to confront. Be conscious how you are filling your SPACE.
We're consistently sharing SPACE with everyone around us. Know that you are worthy of SPACE just as much as the next person. Your feelings, your dreams, your voice deserves SPACE. Equally its just as important to give SPACE to others.
For me, what is something I'm trying to achieve in meditation... mental SPACE. A disattachment from my thoughts, that lead me to overthink, worry and stress.
This picture represents the divinity in SPACE, vast beautiful space 😍 I am in awe of YOU, I have a deep yearning and desire for you.
SPACE were there is freedom, openess, a chance to play in the unknown and a place to breathe deeply... . It awaits me, as it awaits you.
Space is our friend dear Yogi's.
And it will serve you.

Setiap hari penggunaan sampah plastik semakin bertambah.
Turn your magic on, to me she’d say, everything you want’s a dream away, we are legends every day, that’s what she told him, I feel my heart beating, I feel my heart beneath my skin, I feel my heart beating, oh you make me feel, like I’m alive again! I suppose you guessed it’s #adventureofalifetime by #coldplay I could say exactly the same thing about Los Angeles, I’ve never felt so alive since I’ve been living here and I’m so grateful to the Universe for being always able to walk miles and miles - I love walking - by listening to beautiful #musics , for still being able to love , for all what I have , for being passionate about what I do, for being here in this crazy scary wonderful city , for being happy as I’ve never been before, just like that, for no particular reason, it’s just so good to be alive! And if I must die tomorrow, at least I would have had a very full happy life. Along the way, I listened to Coldplay, The Virgins, The Strokes, Jet and other miscellaneous... #happylife#goodtobealive
Once about a time this guy went on vacation with his family to the Grand Canyon then realized his cousins were only 10hrs. Away so he rented a car in flagstaff, left after dark and drove til 4am, stopped at a crappy hotel in Bakersfield, then got up at 9am and drove 3 more hours to surprise his cousins. He then spent a day and a half with them and kayaked the bay where they told him there were sharks 🦈😳He then drove another 10hrs. To drop off the rental in flagstaff and get in another one and drove all through the night to get home to Texas
What a freak huh? But then what can I say, I live for those crazy spontaneous road trips😅 #liveadventurously#bespontaneous#travelislife
We drove further along the Savannah way from Mount Surprise to Karumba which is in the Gulf of Carpentaria right on the coast facing Darwin. Lots of single lane highway where you need to pull over to let the road trains pass. Tiny little towns every few hundred kms. We saw Emus, one with 3 babies! Wild pigs, heaps of eagles and roos, and there are lots of water birds called Brolga. When we arrived at our caravan park we got the space right next to the pool and bbq which was perfect for us! The pool is quite small which in peak times wouldnt be good! Fishing up here is huge and we learnt all about it at the new Barramundi discovery center which is a non for profit million dollar new establishment that breeds Barra to refill local lakes around the reigon. We even go to feed squid to the giant barra which the kids loved. Freshly caught barramundi and chips only $9 at Ash's cafe, and a burger with the lot $8. Pretty good! However we bought some milk and an apple and that was $11.... A local told us during floods they can be isolated up here for at least 6 weeks so just before the wet season people stock up on thousands of dollars of food just to see them through. We stopped at Normanton which is 70km from here on the way in to see the replica croc - huge! Such a different life up here but its magical and the sunsets are incredible. This place is a must see!!

We have gotten a lot more people following along, so I wanted to do another about us post, but we don’t have a current family picture so here a cute messy real life one of Me (Sharel) and our youngest and chunkiest Aurora or Rory as we like to call her. I’m mainly the one on the gram, but so is my husband Tyler. We have been married for almost 5️⃣ years now and have 3 kids under the age of three and barely made it to that because it was close to being three under 3. We started this #buslife almost a year ago (coming up at the end of this month) it probably has been the craziest year of our life. 🌍When we bought the bus we planned on traveling around the US and the world for our “jobs” working with a missions organization, but when I got pregnant with our baby (who we lost right before getting pregnant with Aurora) our life changed and the choices we made from there changed, except buying a school bus.🚌 Actually on our 22 hour drive with two toddlers to buy said school bus I found out I was pregnant, 🤰but soon after we bought bb the bus it’s like we were being attacked in every aspect of our life. The bus broke down, I was pregnant unexpectedly and accidentally, miscarriage, marriage began to fall apart, we were “jobless” because Tyler quit his full time job with a school district to be a missionary then we left what we thought was our calling, to focus on our family and marriage. It was the hardest thing for me to ever do. I felt all the feelings of grief and we were in a place of so much uncertainty. All the while getting pregnant again with our rainbow baby Aurora. 👼 We didn’t quit on the bus, although we wanted to like everyday. We didn’t quit on our marriage although there were times it came close. If you are still reading this, you are why we are still pressing on, because life is worth living and fighting for and we want to show you that and help you fight for the life you want. I struggle with depression and more so bipolar 2 disorder where my lows and really low and my highs are high enough that I long for those days. We are followers of Christ even though we won’t push it in your face, or drown your Instafeed... continued in comments
