The goal for myself for sharing my learning on this page is (1) definitely to help people get perspective and insights. But beyond that, what I aim to do for myself is to (2) learn about myself better. So many people want to know how to release fear so it no longer bocks their growth and ability to manifest.⠀

The quickest and most efficient way to release fear is to take action. Do the thing that scares you. Strip the fear of it's energetic charge and act.⠀

Fuel your goals and intentions with the energy of what you do want in your life.
Doubt is a motivation killer.
Doubt and fear will slow you down, take you on detours and before you know it you’re causing your own pain.
So if you’re trying to stay on track to bringing your goals and intentions to life you have to do everything you can to keep doubt at bay.
1. Get clear about how much achieving your goal will mean to you. That value you’ve placed on your goal is way more powerful than the doubt you’ve been giving your power over to.
2. Then arm yourself with how it will FEEL to achieve your goal. The excitement. The joy. The pride. The badassness. Getting in alignment with that feeling will help you make those decisions that get you closer to your goals effortlessly. You’ll know when something enters your world and doesn’t feel right that it’s a NO for you and your experience.
3. Start each day calling on those feelings. Maybe you had a recent event that brought you so much joy. Sit and think on that event until you’re overflowing with joy. One of the members of my group program, Hustle & Flow, recently got engaged. When she finds herself in doubt and overwhelm, she returns to the excitement and joy of her engagement to help her move forward and out of her funk.
4. Live in these higher vibrational energies and allow it to push you forward towards the life you’re creating. If you’re focused on where you’re going and everything that waits for you there’s no room for your doubt to exist in the same place.

HOW TO...⁉️ Chaturanga Dandasana ...eine der wichtigsten Basic Posen im Vinyasa Yoga. Man geht immer wieder durch diese Pose, um in einen neuen Flow zu gelangen. Und gerade deshalb ist es unglaublich wichtig diese Asana richtig auszuführen. ➡️Wie kommst du in die Pose?
Positioniere dich im hohen Brett. Deine Schultern sind hier über deinen Handgelenken und ziehen weit weg von den Ohren, Arme haben eine leichte Außenrotation. Fingerspitzen sind gespreizt und angespannt in der Matte. Bauchmuskulatur ist angespannt, Oberschenkelmuskeln ziehen zum Gesäß heran. So angespannt wie du bist lehnst du dich mit deinen Schultern leicht vor deine Handgelenke und beugst nun mit der Ausatmung deine Arme in 90 Grad - Chaturanga Dandasana. ➡️Was musst du beachten? • beuge deine Arme eng an deinem Körper, Ellbogen zeigen somit nach hinten • deine Schultern bleiben auf der gleichen Höhe wie deine Ellbogen • Ellbogen sind direkt über deinen Handgelenken, nicht vor und auch nicht dahinter!! • deine Muskeln bleiben hier angespannt, so nimmst du Dir Körpergewicht und machst es dir leichter, die Pose zu halten. • dein Körper bleibt die ganze Zeit über eine Linie! ➡️Welche Variation gibt es?
Solltest du Schwierigkeiten haben, den Rücken, während des Beugen der Arme, grade zu halten, platziere deine Knie vorher auf der Matte. Mach ein leichtes Hohlkreuz. Beuge deine Arme entlang deines Körpers sodass Kinn und Brust die Matte berühren. Dein Gesäß ist immer noch oben.

It’s easy to see see (once we open our eyes/ears to it), why we tend to have a harder time communicating our needs to each other, when the primary communication breakdown starts within ourselves. Clear communication only starts when we are clearly communicating to our SELF (the soul level being)
I hear people nowadays saying (and once upon a time I also used to say):
“I suck at this”
“There’s no way I could/would...”
“I’m so bad at...”
“I’m so OCD about...”
“I’ll never be able to...”
And I cringe because the last 5 years has been a series of realizations that our words are literally the creators of our world. NOT the other way around!!
If you knew that you were literally creating WHO YOU ARE with EVERY WORD you speak, would you pay more attention to the words that you ALLOW out of your mouth?
And on the other hand, I hear a lot of ADVICE being given out, and I wonder to myself, do most people even listen to their own advice?
