  • This is a contiuation of my earlier post. Doctors who study and practice allopathic medicine will convince you that disease runs in your familiy. This is partially true. What they fail to further explain is diseases that become a genetic trait are caused by a mutation or change in some of the genes over time.

The same way that those genes mutated into a disease they can be transmutated or transformed over time as well with changed behavior, like the choices of foods, how it's prepared, and overall lifestyle change. You don't have to take my word for it, just reasearch some of the new findings with in quantum physics.

We live in a vibrational universe. Certain things vibrate on a high frequency, some vibrate on a low frequency. Non GMO plants and whole grains vibrate on a higher frequency than highly processed foods. We all have the power to reprogram our brain chemistry and cellular memory bank.

  • If you’ve recently transitioned I highly suggest setting one day aside to prep a few meals for each week. Especially your snacks!! Snacking is more common than most realize. Adjusting to your new lifestyle is simple when you plan ahead. There will be unexpected occurrences in your life. There will certainly come a day you’re in a hurry to perform tasks. The moment you’re amongst others eating food no longer in your diet, you’ll find comfort in your meal prep and transitioning will become a breeze.

Prior to cooking, it’s important to soak Kamut overnight. Afterwards rinse Kamut and add to cast iron pan along with water, preferable spices and herbs. I used kale, onion, red pepper, tarragon, anise, allspice, cayenne, sea salt and savory . After simmering for 20 minutes blend lightly using a high powered food processor. Add mixture to bowl including cooked quinoa (this should be prepared prior in separate pan) and sprinkle with garbanzo flour. The water from the simmered mixture maintains the moisture in the patties. If the consistency is dry, add a little spring water. Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop mixture and form patties. Or form patties with hands and place on parchment paper. Add avocado oil to pan, wait until the pan is nice and hot, add patties to pan, cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. You can also create a quick gluten free tortilla wrap with cucumber sauce or toast. Ask me how? 😬
