I've been obsessed with almond butter recently. I've been making these banana almond pancakes a lot, and they're always a hit! As my son would say, "mo piz". You'll want more and more. .
Ingredients : (Serves 1 hungry woman)
1 banana 
1 egg
1/3 almond flour 
1/4 cup almond butter 
1 tbsp coconut flakes (unsweetened, you're sweet enough ♥️)
1tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp vanilla extract .
Method: -If using a hand mixer, just mix all ingredients together. - If using a whisk, mash banana with a fork first then whisk all ingredients, mixing till smooth and incorporated. 
Warm up non stick pan until water drops sizzle and evaporate immediately. 
Over medium heat, cook the pancakes -and enjoy them with additional almond butter as a topping. -Prepare for heaven. 
Can you substitute this for that and that for this ? Definitely ! But it won't result in  the same pancake 🤭

  • Масленичная неделя в самом разгаре🔥 Рецепт овсяных оладьев с миндальными орешками, без сахара, без яиц, без пшеничной муки, без глютена. Можно выпекать на сковороде🥞 или приготовить в вафельнице ( на втором фото➡️)
🔻Ингредиенты:
🔹1 ст.(200мл) овсяной муки или овсяных хлопьев, измельчённых в муку в блендере или кофемолке
🔹3/4 ст. миндаля, измельчённого до состояния крошки(в блендере или кофемолке )
🔹2 спелых банана ( размять вилкой)
🔹1 ст.л. семян чиа (или 1 яйцо)
🔹2 ч.л.корицы
🔹2 ст.л. сиропа топинамбура или кокосового сахара (для сладкоежек)
🔹250 мл миндального молока( или любого другого растительного)
🔹щепотка соли
🔹кокосовое масло ( топленое или др.)для жарки
🔻Приготовление:
🔹В большой миске смешать овсяную муку, чиа, корицу, соль, измельчённый миндаль, добавить бананы, сироп, миндальное молоко и хорошо все перемешать.
🔹Выпекать оладьи на разогретой сковороде на кокосовом масле.
Подавать с йогуртом, джемом, мёдом, соусом,ягодами и фруктами.

  • 🥞 LOW CARB KETO PANCAKES 🥞

Sunday Funday!!! 🎉🎉🎉
No importa si ayer comiste de más, estos pancakes son perfectos para un desayuno liviano y bajo en carbohidratos
- 
Ingredientes:
* 1/3 taza de almendras🌰 (las compro al granel en @gastronomymkt )
* 3 claras de huevo o 1 huevo completo🥚
* 1/4 taza de leche de almendras (o la de su preferencia)
* Stevia
* Polvo de hornear
Procedimiento:
1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o procesador
2. En un sartén a 🔥 medio, con un poquito de aceite en spray (coco, oliva, pam), echar la mezcla haciendo formas de pancakes
3. Cuando salgan burbujas se voltean
4. Le puedes poner los toppings saludables que quieras, yo use mantequilla de maní en polvo 🥜, un poquito de miel de abejas orgánica, fresas y nibs de cacao de @caracolichocolateartesanal

  • Almond-Blueberry Pancakes💜
Les dejó la receta para que los hagan, me encantó que salieron super fluffy, son altos en proteína por la almendra y la combinación con las blueberries es lo más rico que he probado🤤
Necesitas:
-3/4 harina de almendra
-1/4 harina de avena
-1/2 plátano .
-2 huevos
-1/3 de leche de almendras .
-1 cda de vainilla
-1 cdta de aceite de coco
-1 cdta de polvo para hornear
Mezcla todos los ingredientes, engrasa el sartén con 1 cdta de aceite de coco y espárcelo con una servilleta para quitar el exceso, coloca la mezcla en el sartén y cuándo ya esté cocido de un lado, pon las blueberries y voltea hasta que esté cocido. 
Disfruta con los toppings que tu quieras, yo pusé peanut butter, miel de maple sugar free y más blueberries🤩

  • Pancakes para volverte LOCO 🤤❤️. Por fin me sale muy bien unos pancakes sin  banano, con harina saludable, fáciles y deliciosos 😋. Ingredientes 🥞.
• 1/2 taza de harina de almendras.
• 60 ml de leche vegetal.
• 1 huevo 🥚.
• 1/2 cdita. de polvo de hornear.
• pizca de sal.

Procedimiento 👩🏽‍🍳
1. Mezcla todos los ingredientes.

2. Calienta un sartén anti-adherente con un poco de aceite de coco 🥥 y vierte un poco de la mezcla.

3. Repite el proceso con la mezcla restante. 
4. Sirve con fruta de temporada.

A disfrutar !!! 😋🥞💖

  • Starting the AIP (autoimmune protocol) diet tomorrow. It will be challenging of course, because this will mean I have to go dairy free, alcohol free, gluten free, wheat free, sugar free, caffeine free and MSG free for most of my life. Some of it I might be able to tolerate and I can bring it back in my diet, but it will take a while.
I know that I will make exceptions (like our Maldives trip) , but I also know what the consequences are and are willing to start all over after that.
I would of never stopped eating sugary stuff or stopped drinking coffee, but I realized that it has an impact on my health, and I have to start somewhere.   • Rise and shine with these Banana ground almond pancakes!!!
Mornings are a big rush for me I usually have a lemon water and then a Chicoree drink and I’m out the door. Today was different I scheduled myself some “me time” Which involved making pancakes 🥞 with a side of blueberry and a green matcha latte. 
1 cup of  ground almond 
1 mashed banana 
2 organic free range eggs 
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil 
1 tsp of baking powder 
1/4 cup of almond milk 
1 tsp of vanilla
Mash banana add all wet ingredients and then dry mix.  Grease a preheated skillet and shape in a  circle and cook for 2-3 mn each side. Enjoy with a side of fruit and maple syrup.
