De regreso a casa pero mi alma es del desierto 🏜 entonces cuelgo fotografías que me recuerdan a mis raices sembradas en la tierra caliente donde solo el ambiente más áspero pudo florecer la niña que corría felizmente descalza. #Tucson#Arizona#DesiertoDeSonora
Easily one of my favorite view points in Sedona, I shot sunrise here over the weekend with an awesome group. Definitely prefer sunset here! Now that I’m back at work and in LA I haven’t had the chance to edit the sunrise one yet let alone all the others that week took in Arizona. Can’t wait to head back this way next week
Getting some dogs tired today! 🤗
The Castilian and Burgundian flags of Spain, the Mexican flag, the Confederate flag, and the flag of the United States have all flown over the land area that has become Arizona.
A few weeks before our trip, I came across an article that listed two great spots in Arizona to get tea and one of them happened to be in Sedona! So of course, after our morning of scrambling up Cathedral rock, we stopped at @thechaispot ! ☕️This place was a small upstairs paradise full of colors and textures with unique seating areas and alcoves. They make your chai fresh when you order - it takes 8-10minutes per order! YEP, that’s right 8 whole minutes (granted there aren’t people in front of you!). But you know what? It’s absolutely worth waiting and watching something made from scratch in front of you with amazing ingredients - it’s an experience and opportunity to rest and take in your surroundings ☺️. We tried a “traditional” black tea chai and a green tea butter chai. Both were phenomenal and extremely different, but both a well-balanced mixture of sweet and spicy. I highly recommend to anyone and I can’t wait to go back at some point! #thechaispot#sedona#arizona#chai#chaitea#chailatte#chaitealatte#chailover#tealover

Hi, I still go outside and stuff I just don't post as much. Symptoms being 30?
I did injure my left foot about a year ago. It's been really shitty. Thanksgiving was my first hike in months and I could only make 2 miles before giving back and heading back.
I am thankful to be able to hike 4 miles. It's 4x longer than what I could handle in May.
How you feel after excision!
When you realize you wouldn’t have been able to think about a trip like this happening 8 weeks ago.
Let alone living this trip.
8 weeks ago I would have thought about the idea of this, and been overcome with exhaustion.
I am drinking every ounce of this, and soaking it all up.
Even prior to excision surgery when I was on orilissa, it gave me relief but it was FAR from this.
Orilissa made life manageable, it didn’t make life livable.
When we talk about the importance of excision and receiving proper care;
THIS IS WHY!
It’s about getting the proper treatment in order to give you your quality of life back.
