Sometimes I get in the mindset of only thinking how hard things must be for Theo. How frustrating it must be not to be able to communicate everything he wants or needs or feels. But one of my best friends always reminds me “it’s gotta be so nice to be Theo sometimes. I wish I could ignore people occasionally. I wish I could turn my nose up at food I don’t like. I wish someone was constantly giving me squeezes and hugs”.
It’s true... he’s got it pretty good😂 and MOST of the time he is a happy boy!
If you were Theo for a day what would you be most excited about doing?
I would be super stoked about turning on my disco light in my room and closing the door to the rest of the world. Peace & quiet💕

1/4 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons golden milled flax meal
1 tablespoon white chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut milk I love using full fat canned coconut milk!
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
date syrup or stevia, maple syrup, or honey to taste
3 tablespoons dried apple bits
fresh apple slices
full fat coconut milk
Heat the liquid ingredients in a small saucepan until the full fat coconut milk melts (make sure to mix up the canned coconut milk so that you get an even amount of thick and liquid milk). Add the dry ingredients to the liquid and cook over medium heat while stirring. Cook for about 1 minute.
Serve and top with coconut milk, cinnamon, dried apple bits and/or fresh apple slices.

I have a son who is 12 years old. He has autism. Every easter he and his dad go to a motor show, It's their thing. This time he came home with a gift for me ❤️ He had designed it himself and to spell correctly he had googled how to spell Plannerbabe. My beloved little guy! He knows how to make his mother happy.
We outsmarted mother nature to get in a round but played in tricky winds which made all our putts an adventure and when we crossed over the bridge to hole #11 on the other side of the park, we caught fire while playing bogey free then Cush pegged this 23' gem going away on the final hole so even a "perfect" miss on his last barrage disc couldn't dampen our spirit as we finished on a super positive.
Yep. I have had to help my daughter through both externally seen meltdowns and the silent internally struggling ones. Neither is fun and I hate I can't fix it or make it go away. I'm trying to teach her some coping mechanisms and give her some tools to help with sensory overload and her inability to be patient. Managing stress as a busy working mom.
Life can get real crazy as. Mom that works (in or out the home), have children, a spouse, a business, a student and the various roles you play I. Everyone else's life. .
It's so easy to get caught up cause we sometimes to forget to take care of ourselves. .
. ➡️ I speak to the mom that have to do it all. ➡️ I speak to the mom that wake up at 5 am just to get some"me time".
➡️ I speak to the mom that get up at 5 to work on their business before the children wake up.
➡️ I speak to mom that have to get children ready for school. ➡️ I speak to mim5 that may try to fit in a chore or cook dinner before they leave for work. ➡️ I speak to the mom that has to commute to work. ➡️ I speak the mom that is ready for a nap by 12 PM becase of all the work at home before the work at the job. ➡️ I speak to the mom that want to workout after work but has to go home and take care of the family. ➡️ I speak to the mom that tries to take a few minutes for self but is so drained that she falls asleep. .
