My tips for your next brisket👇
Inject your brisket with a salt and water along with apple vinegar. The meat is coated with dry rub, hand-made spices. Pepper, salt, coriander seeds and rosemary leaves. smoked at a temperature of 107° C until internal temperature of 93° C in measurement with internal prob. The duration of smoking is about 12 hours

EAT OR PASS this 100 Oz steak?

100 Oz  chuck. The cut portion for serving is also known as the Denver Cut Steak is Flavor-rich and super marble meat.

Reverse sear method step by step:
The meat rest on the top floor away from the source of heat. Getting more and more tenderness,  smoke and aroma from wood chunks of used wine barrel located at the bottom of the grill close to the burners. Beneath all that goodness fresh vegetable that get the dripping of the fat with the taste of the spices. this vegetables gonna be the perfect side with special juicy taste. Just put them fresh as they are.

Use only one or two burners to stabilize the temperature around 120-140 ° C. Do not go over to 150 ° C to prevent process of searing the meat. Waiting for about two hours to reach the your internal target temperature inside the meat (use temperature probs). The For me the target temperature is  about 53-54 degrees Celsius (medium-rear). the thermometers should be placed close to the bone where it is area in the steak that harder for heat penetration. At this stage let the meat a rest of 2-3 minutes and meanwhile increase the burners to the maximum heat. 2 minutes of searing on each side, another 2-3 minutes of rest and it's ready to be your perfect steak. This is one of the only ways to achieve a same cooked and color from edge to edge by using grill only.

The innocent should be protected, loved, & cared for. 
They are Someone, not Something. 
If we do not need to eat animals to live, and we keep breeding them to be killed.... You WANT to kill 60 billion animals a year??
I have yet to hear any fuckin arguments against the fact that killing animals unneccesarily is immoral.

  • Hello sa mga meat lovers out there! Ito na ang baby back ribs  na babago sa buhay nio! (Haha! O.a dapat?!)😂😂😂 Must try talaga itong super flavorful at fall off the bone na drama ng ribs nila with matching kamote wedges and corn&carrot side dish. Unfortunately wala pa sila branch sa Manila sa pagkakaalaman ko so ang lungkot...🥺 Pero kung magagawi naman kayo sa Norte chance nio na bisitahin sila. Sobrang maaliwas, cute, cozy and relaxing ng cafe na ito kaya mapapatambay ka talaga ng matagal at mapapapicture ng bongga hanggang CR dahil sa cute na mga little details ng place na ito...🤣😂🤣 Perfect for stop over after a long drive...Diba besh...kapag pagod ka na...magpahinga ka na... Diba??? Parang lovelife lang yan...🤣😂🤣 At kapag gutom na kumain na besh kalimutan na muna diet dahil kahit sumexy ka kung ayaw na talaga sayo ni jowa hindi na babalik yan besh... Eat that cake!!! Charot!🤣😂😂 Ang dame nila ala carte na pwede pagpilian at malaki ang serving sulit na sulit. Parang boys lang madame ka pa jan pwede pagpilian besh na mas yummy...🤣😂🤣 Ok moving forward... Para naman sa mga dessert lovers... Naku besh...dessert heaven ito sa dami ng cake and frappe selections nila. Kapag sinabe ko na madame, hindi ako nagbibiro mga besh napakadame talaga...kaya ang hirap mamili...waaahhh!😂🤣😂 Another good thing about this cafe ay hindi sila nagpapahuli sa uso. They always have something new at hindi sila takot maginnovate kagaya ng version nila ng champorado with bacon at ang hindi mabilang na collaboration nila with imported and local chocolate brands for their frappes and to name a few, toblerone, reese's, peppero and curly tops... Dahil nauuso din ang milk tea at mga melt in your mouth choco cakes meron naman silang dream cakes ... Ayaw pahuli mga besh... No wonder dami na nila branches all over Bataan and sana soon magventure na din sila here in Manila.
