Lately, I’ve been training with higher volume isolation exercises toward the end of the week. This entire workout is full on super sets. This will help you get more volume in with less time. Rest 1-2 minutes on all exercises. Get ready to sweat A LOT and have a hell of a pump.

SWIPE LEFT FOR FULL WORKOUT
A1: Close Grip Pull Down: 3x12-15reps 
A2: Yates Row: 3x8-12 reps
B1: Seated Db Press: 3x8-12 reps
B2: SA Cable Lateral Raise 3x12-15 reps
B3: Rear Delt Cable Fly: 3x12-20 reps
C1: Hammer Curl: 3x10-12
C2: Tricep Press Down: 3x10-12
D1: DYI Cable Bicep Curl: 3x12
D2: Over Head Rope Extension: 3x12

  • MASSIVE #PULLDAY TRISET 🔥
As you guys have seen, my focus has shifted to more functional training. With this being said, I still enjoy a good pump and therefore decided to give this a go at the end of my PULL session the other day- wow! My arms felt like balloons they were so full and pumped! 🎈 Definitely give this one a try! 💥 double tap and save if you think you can do this! 💪🏻
