Applicant no-shows play havoc for any company and are often a source of frustration for those involved in the recruitment process. “No shows” who miss their scheduled appointment are more than just a minor inconvenience or annoyance. Their actions can result in lost revenue, changes in employees’ schedules and increased expenses.
We cannot discount the fact that applicants have their valid reasons why they're unable to show up. But you can only understand the reason for their no show once reason is provided either voluntarily or once asked.
Kept this one after the movie. Not because it was given to me by a special someone (gurl, I'm too old for that) or was it even to be used as a remembrance of some sort (like I did during my younger days). It was January 5, straight from my vacation in Siargao, that we had our freshmen orientation for the MBA program. It has been 3 months of travelling to Manila from Olongapo every weekend and delaying some gratifications that I was so accustomed to.
