Day 1095-1095! Honestly Wow. (At a lost for words)
A whole three years completed.
I’m 3 years old today! This is a major accomplishment for soo many reasons. You know how much work it is to stay consistent on a day to day basis. There has been many times were I’m going through things or physically hurt where I just want to call a quits. Days were there is ABSOLUTELY no motivation. No will and no drive. But one thing that always grounds me is the fact that I feel like there is a bigger picture to all of this. I’ve come to realize that it is not only about me, but the community I build with it. Inspire someone for a moment, day, or even years... I’ve grown more to myself this past year than anything else. They say looking at the world from a different perspective can change your outlook. Well a handstand a day will definitely do that for you. I’m in my creative space and it’s a natural one. Just like nature.
