  • Battle ropes are an incredibly fun, high intensity workout involving the movement of heavy ropes through various planes of motion. The ropes have been shown to drastically improve aerobic capacity, upper body anaerobic capacity, upper-body and lower-body power, agility, and core muscle endurance. ~
Before we throw you into the workout (posted tomorrow), we feel it’s important you have a bit of understanding with regards to how they’re so beneficial ~
Let’s look at loaded movement training. ~
Loaded movement training is an effective way to help clients develop total-body strength and muscle definition by training all of the muscles together as one system. Through the ropes we can apply constant variability by manipulating the direction, distance or speed of the exercise which allows us to train in a way that has greater carryover to sports and game-like situation’s; athlete’s move in a thousand different way’s on the field so training in a way that will force the body to move as one and adapt to constant changes is a great advantage. The ropes will also condition the hell out of you as a plus. Battle rope workout to follow tomorrow

私は、今はスポーツの大会には出ないから、いろんな運動取り入れて自分の体で試しながら鍛えてるけど、ボックスジャンプはいいトレーニングだと思う。キツイけどね(TT)
スポーツ大会に出るための補強ではなくて、私の場合は歳とると瞬発力が衰えるからやってる感じですね(^-^)腹筋も見えてくるから楽しくなる(笑)
