SUGAR FREE FUDGE |
I decided to spice things up from my original sugar free fudge recipe and add a second layer. It was not disappointing!! Although, this one is sugar free, I highly recommend adding some sweetness if you are not candida cleansing or used to no sugar- it will just taste like almond (not ideal, I recommend adding 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup!) Ps you can totally just do one layer and add measurements!
1.In a double boiler, add in the first set of ingredients and let it melt together. I recommend adding the cacao butter in first as it usually takes the longest.
2.Once it’s melted, transfer to a small dish. Line the dish with parchment paper, and then let the mixture sit on top. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
3.In the same double boiler, add in the second set of ingredients.
4.Transfer this set on top of the mixture that was freezing for an hour.
5.Set in the freezer for one hour before cutting up.

So far, I'd like to think that I've been smashing FIERCE. I've got 1 more resistance workout to go this week. I'm also probably going to step away from Instagram a little more. Real talk, my workout tonight was NOT good. I wasn’t in the right mindset, I had a long day at work due to being short staffed, but I wanted to get my last resistance workout done for the week, so I did week 10 abs. I am also not the biggest fan of the pure “ab” workouts. I’d rather do squats for 28 minutes than do leg lifts, but that’s just my preference. Looking forward to bouncing back tomorrow AM when I go to the gym before work.

Love workouts just using resistance bands. One piece of equipment but so much variety and a lot of sweat. The plank leg raises and jump squats were killer! Stoked I found @thepeachbuilderco resistance bands. I used to spend half my HIIT workouts adjusting my resistance band - these ones are awesome and I love how I can use different bands for different resistance ❤️

My routine and how I make time for myself ♥️ First of all I wanted to address to all moms and say how great you are just for being a MOM💥, because i know how hard it is in the midsts of crazy day with kids to find that 30 mins in 24 hours for yourself 🙄🙅🏼♀️ with my first I worked out at night... literally at 10 pm, this time around I go to bed at 8 pm 😂🤪 i have no energy 😅 HOWEVER, instead I find that time for myself during the day time. My oldest son goes to daycare three times a week (tue-thur) so therefore i shifted my bbg workouts. 👉🏼 so instead of mon-wed-fri i workout sun-tue-thur. So i workout with my toddler only one one day a week (sunday) on that day i always try to incorporate him, repeat moves after him, ask to pass me water, after all its only 30 mins, sometimes i just ask him to play with his toys 🤗 with my Bella girl its a lot harder 🤪 she sleeps during the day only in motion and when its super quite (she is one very fussy and picky baby), so thank God for mamaroo @4moms_hq 😅👌🏼 saves my life! So i try to find her the longest nap, usually from 10am-12pm and do workout then. She does wake up sometime, so i just put her on playmat and that gives me that extra 10 mins ⏰😂 sometimes i do feel tired, but most of the time i think its just the lazyness kicks in 😂 but i really have learned to discipline myself and i know i wont feel complete if i wont get the workout done... but obviously i DO ask myself am i just being lazy or am i actually tired (like sleepless nights and etc)... i always listen to my body 🙏🏼😊 and if i need to i can take a break 👍🏼 so this is pretty much my routine 🙌 i think its very important to discipline yourself if you trying to achieve a goal. My goal is to feel good in my skin. ‼️ and im that kind of person that is pretty hard on myself so i think i will always have something to improve 😄 so this is pretty much endless goal 👌🏼😂 which is fine by me because I believe this is all life about... becoming a better version of me ♥️ mentally, physically, emotionally 🥰

What a stressful start of the day 😑. I spent nearly 5 hours taking a practice CAT exam. As soon as I finished, an internal error message popped up and it wouldn’t allow the teat to be submitted for a score or to review! So much time wasted 😤 & end up stress eating lol. I knew the only thing that would make me feel better was a good ass body burn .... a good sweat that leaves you with nothing left inside🔥💦! .
My warmup started off in the sauna :
2 sets of 20 Russian twists + 20 triceps dips + 20 V-ups.
My cardio : 20 sprints (1 min on 9.0 rate treadmill/30 second rest) + 10 minute jog incline 10.0 (6.0 rate). I recommend to add sprinting intervals in your weekly routine 🔥🔥🔥! Best fat burner and adrenaline booster you could ask for 💦. _____________________________________

Today was my first full day back after an amazing Orlando/Clearwater beach vacation and it was also my first full day of working from my house instead of going into the office. To say that I am grateful and motivated for being able to be my own boss is an understatement. There is so much empowerment from being in complete control of your life and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I woke up this morning with a sinus infection from hell and spent the morning doing every remedy I could think of. I got my work done for the day, got in an awesome workout (despite not being able to breathe), and got to pick my my daughter from daycare early 💜 I’m working hard on my blog tonight because I have plans to LAUNCH my website on April 1st! 🤩

How do I find time to workout?! This is a question that I get ALL time. It may sound simple, but I just make the time for it, I make it a priority. I work full time outside of the home, and have two boys, aged 5 and 3, and I’m pregnant with babe number 3 (if you hadn’t noticed 😂🤰🏼). I carve out time each week and usually get in 4-5 workouts. My workout schedule is usually the same each week, but each day is different, if that makes sense.
Monday - I bring gym clothes to work, and head to the gym straight after.
Tuesday - We have a running club at work, and up until a few months ago, I was running 2-3 miles. I’ve switched to walking for the time being.
Wednesday - I work from one of our other locations, which is closer to one of my gyms. I get to work early and then hit the gym on my lunch break.
Thursday - My work offers either a weekly fitness or yoga class, which I almost always participate in, if my work load allows.
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - My husband and I take turns going to the gym.
Sunday - Rest day. Although I plan to start doing a little prenatal yoga since I’m only 8 weeks away from my due date.
I hope this helps! Basically, you just have to find a schedule that works for you and your family. If you have a family, then you definitely need a good support system. And most importantly you have to want to make it happen! If you do, then you’ll find a way.
Focus on your goal. Don’t look any direction but ahead. Let’s get after it💪🏽 #invarley
