Kentucky All State Tenor Prep Part 2.
This next section changes to the relative minor briefly with an abrupt rhythm change before heading back to Bb. Observe the dynamics here as it’s a bit overwritten and occurs over 3 beats at a time. (At 105+ this will go by quickly). The sixteenth note slurred to a dotted eighth note is pretty straight forward. How they are grouped gives it a forward momentum that leads to the octave jumps that can be a little tricky. Play them as if you are doing a lip slur, as smooth as possible.
That leads nicely into the slurred eighth note pattern that I would urge to play full value instead of long-short long-short.
