Very happy with how I am progressing with my training. It may seem like I train a lot, but I only do sessions as I when I can fit them in around my PTing. I focus strongly on the quality of movements and have a specific goal every time I step in the gym or do a session elsewhere! 🤙🏼

Pleases with a slightly dirty power clean PB (120kg) and a 3RM push jerk PB (100kg) 🙌🏼

In the world of fitness, we are all on our own journey’s! As long as you are working at your own relative training threshold and developing in the various components of fitness, then you should not be worried or bothered by what anyone else is doing! 🙂

  • Deadlift volume set of 6 at 185kg/407lbs @6 changing things up slightly in the setup so first rep was quite off. But improvements are coming. My top set of high bar squats was at 142.5kg/314lbs for 5. Very slight undershoot here supposed to be @6. @aesthetic_strength
