This whole prep I’ve mostly had comments on my arms and how they’ve changed. Instead I kept thinking to myself what about my 🍑 and how hard I’ve worked to lean out in my lower half. 🙈Honestly, it wasn’t until after recording my workouts and seeing the progress I’ve actually made in my arms that I’ve realized what everyone keeps talking about. I’d have to say I’m quite impressed as well. 😂

Boulder Shoulders coming at ya! I’ve gotten so many requests about my arm exercises and the TRUTH is I don’t really focus just on one muscle group when it comes to biceps and triceps. I tend to incorporate them into my split with another muscle group. However my upper body tends to lean out first. .
The key is consistency in the gym, with your training, and your nutrition. The rest will fall into place. .
What’s helped me is progress pictures. When you see yourself every day, you don’t see the changes that everyone else does. .
This entire workout can be done at home or at the gym so #noexcuses .
