Enter: Ardha Purvottanasana or Reverse Table-Top pose!

Start by sitting on your bottom with your knees bent in front of you. Place the palms of your hands down by your hips with your finger pointed forward. With your feet planted about shoulder with a part, press down and raise your hips to the ceiling. Need extra help bringing those hips up? Try squeezing your bottom for added lift! Pinch your scapula together and straighten the arms. KEY DETAIL: let your head relax back, loosening up those muscles in the front of the neck. 
I use this pose everyday to open up the front of my chest and shoulders, but most importantly to open up and stretch the front of my hips. Even if jiu jitsu isn’t your thing, if you sit in a chair working hard on your corporate computing machine all day, this will be a great stretch for you!
