Yes, I may have not worked out in a week.
Yes, I may have eaten junk food.
Yes, I may have not been focusing on me as much as I should.
BUT that doesn’t mean my progress is gone because this is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. 
I have instilled these healthy habits into my daily routine. I listen to my body and mind for what it needs. I have adopted something sustainable and flexible to my schedule. 
This is a lifestyle worth living✨

  • While journaling this morning I released a lot of pain that I was holding onto from my past and here’s what I found. 
The terrible/traumatic/sad experiences that we have been through, affect us now. Maybe it’s extra weight your body is holding onto to “protect” you. Maybe it’s fear of failure/success/public speaking/ [insert yours here] because your subconscious is trying to protect you and prevent you from going through it again. 
You have get to that shit out. Journaling is my release. I literally wrote down 3 people and told them I forgive them. I believe that I planned from the beginning for those things to happen and told those souls that it must for me to become my highest self and I  then thanked them and told them I loved them for that.

It was hard and I cried but damn do I feel good now. I feel so much lighter now that I released those burdens. (Hopefully my subconscious heard me🙄) Let. It. Go.

  • People come and go in our lives. It’s as if you came together for each other when you both needed a certain kind of support, energy and acceptance at that time in your life.

Yet as we grow, so do our needs.  It may seem completely awkward to not have anything in common with the person or people you seemed to be so close to in the past.

There is nothing wrong with that. In fact, this is the most profound indication that you are evolving and growing as an individual. “If you’re not growing, you’re dying.” @tonyrobbins

Once you speak and start living your truth, the right people show up. The bond and connection which is formed with your true ‘tribe’ seems so deeply rooted in you that it sparks so much joy and love just thinking about it.

I know that our tribe has the ability to bring forward all our gifts, allows us to live out our truest essence and gives us the courage to face our greatest fears....together.

These beautiful souls are my tribe. They showed up for themselves and for me.

I am so grateful to be able to share this experience of growth in such a magical place surrounded by souls who make me feel safe, loved and most of all understood.

  • What has health coaching done for me? The real question is what HASN’T it done? 
After retiring from teaching, life added some twists and turns. We had to get ourselves healthy,  and I found I needed to continue to add purpose to my life, and, yes, generate extra income for our family. 
Little did I know, by saying YES to my health, that I would find an amazing community of supportive people, allow our family to have incredible margin in our finances, and give me accountability in my own health journey. 
We have found an amazing gift- that has restored so many lives, including ours, in so many different ways! It is about loving people enough to offer them hope and freedom. 
That my friends is, PRICELESS!! I have THE solution Do you love yourself enough to get healthy?

  • "You are what you eat ".... well not exactly 😆😄haha close... but it's definitely something we've all heard, and the bottom line is that what you eat definitely makes a difference in many areas of your life!!! When you think about the foods you eat and the liquids you drink, don't just think "will this make me fat?" 🤔🤨😉 Think to your self... "what is this going to do for my quality of life?" Choosing healthy options helps you sleep better, think clearer, be less stressed, heal better, perform better, have more energy, go to the bathroom better (always a great plan😆🤣🙌), helps with depression, anxiety, acne, diseases, heart problems, obesity and the list goes on and on and on.... not to mention, on top of all these things you definitely will look better on the outside too!! 🍉Believe me, it's worth every bite to eat right!! I added another day of running this week making a total of 6 days and 30 miles!!!🙌🏼 For some reason I’ve subconsciously made it a goal of mine to hit 70+ mile running weeks, stay tuned to see if I make it there...

Day 1: 3 mile easy
Day 2: 5 mile tempo run
Day 3: 4 mile easy
Day 4: 5 mile interval run
Day 5: 4 mile easy 
Day 6: 9 mile long run
⠀⠀
If you’re a runner please don’t read this and think running more miles = running a faster time. That’s SO not true!! You can consistently run faster with less mileage and less days running. In fact, I don’t have any running clients running 6 days or 30+ miles and each one is on track with running a PR(personal record). ⠀⠀
My reasons are...I’ve been consistently running now for almost 2 years and in that time have came across lots of lifelong runners who run 70+ miles each week. So just to see what this is like I’ve made it a goal of mine to reach that high of mileage, and even if I don’t stay there (I’m 99% sure I won’t stay at that high mileage) I just want to experience it 😄🙌🏼 Yup I told you, I’m crazy!!
