Exclusively released at the @shakasxbeer event today at @illest was Une Petite Âme by @homagebrewing in collaboration with @lifexllab. This was a true homage to those that came before with its lambic influence. A barrel aged saison with second use rose diamond @masumoto_family_farm nectarines, every bottle was hand painted and an accent in accordance with its fruit’s color. Y’all know I couldn’t show up to Illest without my hypebeast kicks 😂Good vibes only 🤙🏼.

Parish Brewing Co, DDH Ghost In The Machine - Double IPA | 8.5%
Dank pithy citrus and tropical fruit notes, slightly weedy with a dry earthy hoppy bitterness. Textbook gear. The straight Ghost I had in bottle a while back takes first place for me. When I popped that one the aroma was danker, the flavour more explosive. Nevertheless this DDH version is still a blinder

I feel like I’m a walking billboard for @waywardbrewing this weekend. But their beers are just THAT excellent. I’m generally not a huge fan of raspberry but this Berlier Weisse is seriously sour, very juicy and boasts a dry finish that lingers with a bit of berry aftertaste. The perfect beer for a hike through the Tasmanian rainforest. Boom 💥

🍺 Maple Bacon Ice Cream Pancake Ale
💪 6% ABV
🗒 This beer was definitely different to the usual! Not sure how we feel about the strong smokey bacon flavour. Give it a go if you’re a bacon fanatic and want to know what a bacon+beer hybrid tastes like 😋🥓
With real blueberries, raspberries and blackcurrant in it and lactose. But the vanilla are coming through massively and i love it! The vanilla and lactose makes this beer soo creamy and not that sour, this is perfection for me, i dont want it to be to much sour.
I love Afterglose, it’s easily one of my favorite go to sour beers so I had to try the double. It’s not as sour because of the alcohol content, probably a bit on the heavy side for me but I still loved it just not one I could have a few of. 🍻
As much as I enjoyed the look of the old 500ml @modusoperandibrewing tins, I have to admit the new size and labelling does look pretty sexy. Sonic Prayer is still the delightfully hop-forward brew I've come to know and love too.
Moki Mango Pineapple Passionfruit Peach Smoothie Sour by @omnipollo - Aroma is peach, passionfruit and mango. First sip is like drinking a super fruited milkshake. This beer is summer in a can. The 6% ABV is nowhere to be found and it's dangerously easy drinking. Only down side is that acidity maybe should have been a bit higher. This is a very tasty mango pineapple passionfruit peach smoothie sour!
