  • I’ve been sugar free/ flour free with Bright Line Eating for one year! 🤸🏽‍♀️🌟
- This past year my life changed completely!! I began my BLE journey in April. I just wanted to try it; I had every intention of quitting by my birthday in July so I could go to Texas Roadhouse and eat some “good food”. If the fact that I was literally planning meals 4 MONTHS in advance doesn’t show that I’m a food addict, then nothing does 😂. Long story short, by the time my birthday rolled around, I had no desire of quitting and I’m so glad I didn’t. 🌱
- One thing I noticed so far during this lifestyle change is that there will be A LOT of people who do not support you. Now of course my family, my boyfriend, and a few friends have been here for me 100% along the way. But if I’m being honest, more people will roll their eyes at you before saying they’re proud of you. Which blows my mind, because if your friend was an alcoholic and decided to become healthier and quit drinking, you’d support them right? So why don’t people support others when they are trying to be healthier for themselves with food? I could go on and on about this, but for now it’s just something to think about. 🙂
- My results: Since April 10, 2018 I have lost 68 lbs and 62 inches overall! I was losing about 10 lbs a month til about August, then it dropped to about 6-7 lbs a month, until January 1st when my weight-loss just stopped. So yes, I haven’t lost any weight since January, but I’m still losing inches! This past month I actually lost 2” off my waist (in one month!).
- Back in January, I watched Susan’s video called Goal Body, I then began working out 3 days a week (now 5 days a week), and I quit weighing myself every week. I am gaining so much muscle, while also losing size, I am not letting my “goal weight” negatively affect my “goal body”, after all weight is just a number, right?
- I am soo happy with my BLE results!! Not just physically, but also mentally. I just feel so much happier, free of anxiety, and full of confidence. If anyone wants me to talk more in depth on anything I’ve mentioned in this post just let me know, I gladly will!! Thank you all for your support 💛☀️

  • 20 pounds ! 20 pounds down. It honestly feels so strange. I almost feel like it’s an out of body experience, like someone else did it, like I’m lying. But somebody else didn’t do it, I did it! Since January, I have managed to lose 20 pounds! No games, no gimmicks, just putting in work every day and not giving up. Every month, with every stall, with every set back, I wanted to give up, I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel but I kept pushing. You will thank yourself in six months for starting today! @21daymealplan made this possible and doable for me and was worth every bit of that 20 bucks! ❤️ why can’t it be you? Who says it can’t be?

  • Amazing what can happen in a few months when you start to eat right & stop drinking ungodly amounts of coke 😅 it may not seem like a huge difference but I’ve lost 10kg and I can definitely see my face shrinking from a moon face 🌝 and I’m fucking proud of myself!

Most of you would know I struggle with body image issues and self worth, and I know weight doesn’t define me or who I am as a person- but I have been gaining weight for a couple years now and I finally feel like I’m getting back on my feet. My mental health is better, the foods I eat are more nutritious (obvs still indulge though) and I’m in less pain.

Anyone out there struggling with something similar, just know I was at a point where I wanted to give up on life & the way I looked was seriously impacting me. So if I can start making healthy changes you can too 🖤

  • Aw man, I don’t wanna miss a #transformationtuesday and this #beforeandafter is too good to wait for #facetofacefriday! Hahaha. Id be lying if I didn’t say I like to take a good selfie every now and then, but lately i hate them all. I finally took one I liked. It’s rare that I like my pictures these days as I still critique myself. With 140+lbs loss comes more lines and wrinkles in the face due to loss of volume/fat!!! This before picture is no prize either, but I was so fat I didn’t have so many lines and wrinkles!!! I used to never smile with my mouth open as it made me look like I was storing nuts in my cheeks for winter!! 🐿 hahah now I feel like if I don’t smile showing teeth you can see the loss of volume around my mouth!! There are times I do think I used to feel more beautiful fat, or I was more comfortable at the time being the pretty fat girl. However, it doesn’t compare to how good I feel overall now. I think I am still adjusting my eyes to my new lines and wrinkles, my new face, and shape! I've read every piece of material on whole 30 and after reading @melissa_hartwig #foodfreedomforever and assessing my reasons for going on whole 30 I realized I accomplished what I set out to do. .

I needed a reset from a month of indulging and I needed to step back and reevaluate my definition of healthy food. I'm sure some will see this as a failure but I am so damn excited to eat in moderation and attempt to not track my calories and rely on my intuition and more "real" food choices to keep me healthy.

Worst case scenario I try again and do a #whole14 or a whole 30 if I feel like I need another reset but for now I'm going to enjoy life in moderation 😋

Before #Thrive, I was living off coffee, not sleeping sound at night, and exhausted all day long! I was not happy with myself which made me cranky to my 3 beautiful children and husband.
