I've been working on structuring modules and event listeners. Jonas explained how to avoid DRY principle and setup all querySelectors in UI controller. Looking forward to see how this will go on. Most important is that I really understand every line of code and thats keeping me hyped.

A couple years ago I started to learn kite-surfing but didn’t follow through. I give it a new try, today first day and I swallowed a lot of water but it was still fun. Cross fingers for less gusty winds tomorrow 🤞
Well, no one ever said it was gonna be easy. 🤷♂️
And it really isn't. Especially since I have no coach (more specifically, no funds🤣). Practicing technique with a weight I can power clean with (60 kg). Self diagnosis through videos isn't easy but I'll do my best for the sake of improvement. *
First try, as my hip rose first, the whole lift just turned into a bunny hop. That's because my legs initiated the pull slightly earlier than my back. Bar path was out and I jumped like a long jumper. Energy wasted!
Second try, I consciously tried to engage and pull with my back at the same time as I push with my legs to stick the barbell to my body. I also tried to lean back a bit more after the hip contact. Seems like it slightly improved the bar path (altho still not close to perfect at all). And my hop reduced.... Okay.
Some people have the inherent power to romantise the world.

QUESTION.....do I sign up to Scottish indoor champs? (today is last day to register). I’m nowhere close to having competitive times and I’m scheduled for lithotripsy on my kidneys on 13th Nov - champs are 23rd Nov. It was always my goal to get there but I’m wondering if I’m defeated this year. Also, is anyone else going? I would be on my own if I did go 😭
