Black Bean Brownies topped with a silky chocolate ganache and berries! 
Probably one of the easiest recipes to make too! Literally throw everything into a food processor, blend and put it in the oven💃
So good!😜... Even better eaten after being kept in the fridge for a while!👌

Recipe- Oven 175C - fan 
2 Tins (400g ea) Black beans - rinse and drain
2/3 Cup Almond butter
1/2 C Spelt flour 
1/2 Craw cacao powder 
1/3 C pure maple syrup 
1/3 C rice malt syrup 
4 Tbls coconut sugar 
3 Tsp pure vanilla extract 
2 Tbls Apple sauce 
1/2 Tsp baking soda 
1/2 Tsp baking powder
.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and combine well.
Place into a lined baking tin (26 x16cm)  smooth over the top.
Place into oven and bake for aprox 20 mins or until knife comes out clean when tested.
Allow to cool for 5 mins before turning out onto wire rack. .

Ganache:
265g Dark Choc - I used 70% -shave choc with a knife into small shards
Melt 265 ml coconut cream in a saucepan.
Add Choc to coconut cream, leave for a minute, then stir well. Pour into a large bowl, cool for 5 mins. 
Using an electric whisk, whisk for a few minutes untill it becomes fluffy and glossy. 
Once brownie has completely cooled, slather on top😈
Add fresh fruits!
If you have any leftover ganache pop into the fridge and cover, will keep for a while. When wanting to use again, reheat gently and whisk.

  • I’ve been so busy with other things I have not had much space to work on the Bacon Wizard Breakfast Oracle. Luckily tonight time, space, and the inspirational frying pan all worked in my favour.

  • I don't do many process posts, so I thought I would share this little scalloped tray that is in process.  I begin with a pencil sketch onto a dry surface (before it is bisque fired, and while it is very fragile). You can see a part of the drawing on the left side that I decided not to use...the pencil marks will burn out in the kiln.  Next, I block in the primary colors I will be using.  With underglazes, you can develop depth by layering colors, so that is what i pay attention to after the color blocking.  This piece will be bisque fired, then a clear glaze will be applied for the glaze firing.  This is a white clay, so the background will fire a nice contrasting white.  Now I'll go to bed, and in the morning I will think it needs another touch...such is life!

  • Easy, smoky, delicious and vegan tempeh bacon. This homemade tempeh bacon is ready in just 20 minutes, and so much better than store-bought!
Ingredients
1 (250g) block tempeh
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup (adjust the quantity depending on how sweet you want the bacon to be)
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp tabasco or any hot sauce
salt & pepper
2 tbsp coconut oil for frying 
Instructions
Carefully Slice tempeh in long thin strips
In a small bowl, whisk the soy or tamari sauce, olive oil, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, cumin, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Take a container with a lid, and soak the tempeh slices for at least 10-15 minutes with the lid closed.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on high heat, add the tempeh slices along with the leftover marinade and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

PREVENCIÓN DE DIABETES TIPO 2
Cada vez que pueda les iré compartiendo testimonios de personas que han decidido hacer un cambio en su estilo de vida, en el programa Superalimentos hemos conocido a muchos, la idea es que animen y tomen las riendas de su salud.   • This is sad. Its almost as if to say, if you cant afford much than you deserve to eat poorly. Also it reads to me that we dont want anyone to really feel their best. So lets make all the things that are truly good for you higher priced. Ever wonder why ramen noodles is so damn cheap? Because its PURE garbage and even banned in some countries. But its soooo affordable. This unjust system can easily be seen clearly if we pay close attention to the actual set up. Clear the illusions and face the raw truth of matters. But besides all of that...food is our main source of nourishment. We all meed to eat foods with life in it in order to sustain and think more clearly. There may be times where we may indulge in some fast food from time to time. But overall, our main foods should consist of nutrients and all vital minerals to give us that jump start. Proper nourishment can take us a long way in many aspects. We are what we eat. And we should eat to live. Not live to eat. Dont allow being too busy get in the way of your self care. Viewing food in the proper light can give us access to feeling our best, therefore aiding in being the best version of ourselves. We should never become too busy or too stressed to nourish ourselves properly. We all need to be nourished for our betterment. If anyone is interested in a wholefood nutrient that consist of concentrated fruits, veggies and berries....hit me up. I swear by this product. Its called Juice Plus and it works WONDERS!!!
