  • Guten Abend Freunde 👋☺️ Ich hoffe ihr hattet alle eine gute Woche bisher? 💖 Bei mir geht es irgendwie drunter und drüber 🙈 In der Arbeit ist viel zu tun und zuhause bleibt auch alles liegen 😅 Meine Trainingseinheiten lass ich mir aber trotzdem nicht nehmen 😁🏋🏼‍♀️ Man muss schließlich Prioritäten setzen 😏 Und diesen Ausgleich brauche ich in meinem Büroalltag einfach ☺️👩🏼‍💻💪 Wie macht ihr das in stressigen Zeiten? Trotzdem zum Sport gehen oder andere Prioritäten setzen? ☺️ Ich fühl mich heute auf jeden Fall direkt besser  und ausgeglichener nach meiner Trainingseinheit 😍💪

  • Today marks one FULL year of my fitness journey. From personal training, to beachbody, to weightlifting, to now competing. Boyyyyyy I’ve been all over the place 🤣 But I had to try everything to get to where I am now Bc I finally found my passion and purpose. This year was FORREAL a blessing in disguise and I’m truly grateful for everything that has happened to me. It was all God, plus the hard work and dedication I put in day in and day out truly paid off. I’m so blessed to have an opportunity like this that has truly made me into the person I am today. 
I’m still in shock that I DID THIS and achieved every goal I set this year and more!! And if I can do it, anyone can, you just have to be your own motivation. 
It gets hard, but I promise it’s worth it.✨ #mondaymotivation

A few years ago I started to learn the basics of longboarding and it has been forever since I last attempted it. Yesterday after our workout, me and Kyle decided to get our boards out and cruise. Cleary, I have no clue what I'm doing but it's fun and new. I will master this and become badass, just like everything I set my mind to 💜

the scale fluctuates Daily. the best way to see progress is pics, measurements, and energy levels.
my energy Drops when i start eating crappy foods. and i feel it!!

  • A morning of follow-up doctors appointments, (sadly, it’s going to be ANOTHER 3-6 weeks of healing, and no workouts for me😫😫😫), but luckily I had Rachel with me, cheering me on... and encouraging me to be the kind of woman who believes that she is capable of doing amazing things in this world - despite what’s thrown at her. .
Ankle injury, shmankle injury. (Yeah... auto-correct was NOT having it with that word!! 😂😂) But seriously... everything is a choice. You have goals??? Stop making excuses and GO AFTER THEM- despite anything you fear is in your way. If there is a will, there is a way. YOU GOT THIS! I got this. 😉👊🏻💕

  • #transformationtuesday As hard as this was to post, I love it because for whatever reason people often think it’s easier for me, ITS NOT 🤷🏼‍♀️ & TBH this is a damn good reminder of why I started lifting weights in the first place 💪🏻

Left - (September 7, ‘18) feeling good, intuitively eating & exercising 5X a week. Was leaning out naturally from being consistent

Middle - (January 10, ‘19)- emotionally, mentally, & physically a messs. Eating like an asshole & inconsistent AF in the gym. In the 4.5 years I’ve been on my journey, I never went off track as hard as this. It was rough! (After seeing this picture, that was it)

Right (March 17, ‘19)- Got my ass back on track. Consistent in the gym 5X a week. 80/20 eating, following macros majority of the time. Starting to feel like myself again & slowly looking better.

Work for what you want! 👏 I’m not a naturally “fit” person (obvi), if you know, you know! When I don’t give a shit, neither does my body!! Contrary to what some people believe, 4.5 years later I still have to work hard! A few weeks of not giving a shit & being lazy caught up with me! Calories in VS Calories out wins every time 👏 It was the picture in the middle that made me get my ass back in gear! 🙅🏼‍♀️

Idk what happened from October- January ( besides the holidays 🎃🦃🎄), but I’m human & life can be a B sometimes. I DO know I wasn’t liking it! If you don’t like something, change it!   • if you had told me a few months ago I’d love myself and my body NOW more than ever, I would never have believed it. shreds are fun, prep was the most exhilarating (and exhausting) process I have ever gone through — but THIS — this body, this strength, this energy, I built this.

and I’ll continue to build and give #gratitude every single day that I get the chance to wake up and be better. dirty AF gym mirrors and all, this is my every morning. no makeup, no cute outfits aside from dem donut 🍩 socks of course. just me, some bad ass gansta beats and adrenaline. blessed beyond belief 🙏🏻✨
