Hey guys ... Todays post is on “How to overcome the stability period of your intermediate level physique ?”
Most of the people gain good amount of muscles in the beginning and then there comes a time where we are giving everything but our body is refusing to go more any further.Most of the times this is felt by bodybuilders or athlete’s after 1 or 1.5 years of training .So here are some tips for you guys to overcome that stability period.
*Check your diet- Make sure you are able to calculate what are you eating and can increase or improve the diet from your past.For instance if you eating 10 grams of protein try to eat 11 grams of protein .And if you eating too much fat then try to minimise fat .So in short do have a check on your diet and add greens and clean diet .
*Bcaa’s- Lack of this nutrient is one such cause of lower lever of growth.Your body dont produce this element it needs from your food .So have some egg yolks in the morning and after the workout this gonna repair your muscles and fuel it for future.I do not recommend supplements but you can have bcaa during workouts as well in appropriate quantity that is not more than 4 grams .
*Water- Eating so much food and drinking low amount of water will not work.Your food need to travel and it needs to travel fast so higher the water level the better will be the transportation system of your body.And this gonna keep you hydrated and glowing .
*1 Hour Exercise- Guys you dont need to workout for more than an hour if you doing this than bang you only loosing it.45-60 minutes is the recommendation for you .Please stop this myth that 2 hrs of workout gonna make you look big. If you all really work on these areas i am sure you will see quick results .I recommend you to stop your whey supplements if you are taking them for more than 2 months give your body shocks .1 months without whey supplements the next month you can bring it back .And focus of bulking and cutting too .I have wrote about it before too.For more info you can dm me .
