So, first off, I have to note that I have lost MORE weight since this photo! I need to take more progress shots. I am not much of a selfie queen, so I tend to forget. Lol.

I have been in the Health & Wellness field for many years and helped many people, but the hardest person to help is Ourselves. Despite my knowledge base, I still have to put in just as much effort as anyone else.
I have worked in Detoxification for 15yrs, so it is a very important part of my life. Detoxing the mind, body and spirit are all equally essential to ones health.
Right now, a lot of people have gone on another food tangent since Thanksgiving and can't get back on track. Others may fall off the wagon on Christmas. And many are counting on a New Year's Resolution to turn their lives around.
The truth is, your time is NOW. It's TODAY. Today is really all each of us has. So, make healthy choices now. I have some favorite detoxing tools which I've implemented over the years and will continue to implement.

My job is to take care of your hair, I will not always give you what you want because that may not be what’s best for the health of your hair .....instead I recommend a protective style , treatments, and a cut so we can start from scratch .
