COW FACE POSE(GOMUKHASANA)

HOW TO GET INTO ASANA
.
▫️Starting from a seated position
.
▫️Bend your knees and plant your feet on the floor
.
▫️Slide your right foot under the left to the outside of the left hip
.
▫️Cross your left leg over the right; stacking the left knee on top of the right; bring left foot to the outside of right hip
.
▫️Sit evenly on sitting bones
.
▫️Stretch arms straight in front of you, (parallel to the ground)
.
▫️Sweep right arm under the left arm, bending elbows at the same time, press palms together
.
▫️Stay here for 5 breaths
.
▫️Repeat with right leg stacked on top of your left, change orientation of eagle arms as well. .

  • Early morning #yogapractice 😥 ive been so busy i haven't been practising my straddle amd its getting better. Just need to find the time and be consistent! I love a good stretch,my hamstrings are so fricking tight!! Been dlig alot of lower body workouts but my core is getting stronger.🔥🔥 Happy spring 🌻🌼 @divinegoddessgg #yogafit #yogamom

  • SAT NAM FAMILY: Why do we practice for a 40 Day Rhythm? 40 days is the yogic time for breaking a habit. We build our Rhythm (practice) one step at a time. Kundalini Yoga and the awakening path are so rich. When we take one step at a time we make a lot of conscious progress. Practicing for 40 days straight will break any negative habits that block you from the expansion possible through the Kriya. So what happens when you miss a day. This is not optimal, but it is not the end of the effort. Discipline and commitment are required for spiritual advancement. It takes time to change energetic patterns and behaviors and to install new ones. Missing one day does not discount the previous days. This ebook is going to be a short guide to help you begin living a more mindful life.

The most common response I get during coaching sessions is that there’s “not enough time” and frankly it’s a bullshit excuse. 🤷🏽‍♀️ We all have the time. It’s where we choose to invest it that really matters.

Unlike sitting down in criss-cross applesauce, Mindfulness Meditation is a practice that can be done anywhere at any time. I promise it’s something you’ll want to begin implementing in your daily life.

If you take the time to scroll down you’ll see just and quick and how strong the glow up has been over here for me lately. I share this because I’m big on leading by example. It’s my role as a Servant Leader.

Anyway I say this to say: it’s not about not having the time. It’s about creating the self love ecosystem that you deserve. Mindfulness is a way of improving your daily quality of life and reduce your stress levels.

The more mindful I become in my daily life the more beautiful life becomes.
