The kind that comes from knowing that no matter what the world tells her or what her circumstances are she is blessed and will always be loved. 
I don't want her to feel a lot of the same insecurities & doubts I did. I want the cycle to end with her 💕

  • ABOUT BAD DAYS

In honor of my bad week I will share with you some tips that work to snap you out of a bad funk. Note that this hypothetical ‘bad day’ deals with feeling overwhelmed, unproductive, and stressed and having to keep working.
.
1. Treat yourself.
Be extra nice to you. Think of you as if it were a friend. Would you get them that shirt they’ve been meaning to by? Take them out to their favorite food? Watch an episode of that show they love with them?
Gift yourself those things! You’re having a rough day and you’re still going: you earned it.
.
2. Dress Up.
Fine, you’re feeling like a sack of potatoes, doesn’t mean you also need to look the part. Take some extra ten minutes to put on cologne or braid your hair, you’ll feel accomplished and it’ll make you feel at least a little better.
.
3. Make a plan. Procrastination is born when we feel that we have too much to get done and then we end up worrying so much we don’t do anything. Breathe, bring out some pen and paper and write down what you need to do and its level of importance.
Get small things out of the way quickly for an immediate mood boost as you work through your list.
.
4. Ask for help.
People can’t read your mind. Let the people who care about you know that you’re feeling unwell and let them support you an care for you. No one can get through life without help.
.
5. Be Grateful. It’s easy to go into a slope of sadness and for everything to seem like it’s not working out. Give yourself some perspective and write down 3 things you’re grateful for. Remember there’s always good even in the bad.

  • Skin tanning is the major problem during summer..especially for college/uni going girls or for those who pass their more than half of day out of home..You have already heard about alots of suggestions regarding removal of sun tan..so may be this one will be one of them.  This Remedy is very effective to remove Tan from hands and feet with simple ingredients and trust me IT WORKS💕
All you have to need for this is:
FOR SCRUB
1 lemon
2-4 Tbsps salt
FOR MASK
4 tsps gram flour(بیسن)
1/2 tsp turmeric 
1-2 tbsp pure yogurt
3-4 drops coconut oil 
Few drops of rose water(you can use water instead of it)
METHOD:
* cut the Lemon into two equal halves and take 2-4 tbsps of ordinary salt(quantity depends upon area on which you want to apply)..squeeze half lemon into salt and mix well..then apply this mixture to tanned area in circular motion..salt will remove dead skin and lemon brightens your skin.
After 2 minutes of massage wash it with cold water.
NOW MASK:
Take 4tsps gram flour and then add half tsp of turmeric,1 and half  tbsp pure yogurt,3-4 drops of coconut oil,few drops of rose water/few drops of lemon juice/ordinary water..mix all ingredients well and apply it on tanned area for 15-20 minutes and then remove it with cold water.

Apply these both atleast once or twice a week and you will definitely get tan free skin.it also make skin like baby soft and brightens the skin.

  • When it comes to the mood you would love to do what you are craving for 🤩Yesterday I was thinking for the stuff in the house which is not been in usage for many days , to take it out and make it and eat it and yes 😋 So thought of making saphagettiiiizz. I fastly looked up to the food fusion recipe but that was without the red chillli sauce and I want spicy one so thought of making on my own 🤪 Here we go : 🍜1. First keep the saphagetti on flame to be boiled and meanwhile cut out the accessories like carrot ,capsicum, onion, garlic. 🍜2. Set out aside saphagetti when they are done wash it with cool water. Then take frying pan put oil and chopped garlic and onion make it little brown 🍜. 3. Then add boneless chicken make it white add black pepper , salt , tomato sauce , red chilli sauce , garam masala(if you want) , vinegar. ••• I am not writing the quantities of ingredients because it always vary from person to person. 🍜4. Now add veggies you cut and stir it well 🍜5. Now add saphagettis and mix them well and your dish is ready 😱 Easy?? Cravings done =peaceful life ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
