Wochenende in Sicht - da kommt so eine kleine Back-Inspiration doch genau richtig. Fluffiger Teig in Kombination mit saftigen Blaubeeren kann eigentlich nur was Gutes ergeben. Ich muss sogar sagen, dass ich Blaubeer-Muffins mehr mag als Chocolate Chip Muffins 🤗 Sie sind auch relativ einfach & schnell gemacht! Rezept (8 Muffins)
• 140 g Dinkelmehl
• 60 g Kokosblütenzucker
• 1 1/2 TL Backpulver
• 1 Prise Salz
👉🏼 vermischen
• 1 Ei
• 3 EL Kokosöl
• 125 ml Milch 1,5%
• 4 Tröpfchen Backaroma Vanille
• 1-2 Tröpfchen Backaroma Zitrone
👉🏼 in einer separaten Schüssel verquirlen, dann zu der Trockenmasse geben und alles mit miteinander mischen.
• 80 g Blaubeeren, tiefgekühlt
👉🏼 leicht unter die Teigmasse heben, den Teig in die Förmchen füllen & im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200° C Ober- und Unterhitze für 20 Minuten backen.

ENTER: Elimination diet. We think Audrey may be reacting to something she's eating, and while we have cut out gluten and dairy in the past it's time to try egg. It's been far easier to avoid in general than the gluten and dairy - but baking has been a challenge. I had never thrown cake away before *gasp* but now 2 cakes have gone in the trash in the 3 weeks since she's been off eggs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But we need our muffins. And THANK GOD the first recipe I try is not only a success - it's the most delicious muffin I've ever made! Even if eggs come back into our life in a few weeks, this recipe is here to stay! I've linked the recipe below, except I use regular milk (because we're not vegan) and I top it with cane sugar before baking (because crispy sweet goodness!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Yes finally...yummm blueberry muffin

Jadiii setelah 1 kali gagal.. Dan buantett 😂 akhirnya dapat yang pas..cool ini no mixer cuma pakai whisk, resepnya ga pakai ribet dan malah ok.. Alhamdulillah buangett 😆 kemarin bikin pakai ingredients yang premium semua, pakai buah blueberry juga, tapi ya tetep aja sih kalo tekhniknya belum bisa ya..tetap gagal. dan yang ini karena tujuan targetnya ga bantet dulu deh, isi belakangan, eh akhirnya lumayan ngembang. rasanya juga ok. 
Ini adalah hasil penasaran selama berhari-hari..lumayan lah. Btw, itu yang putih-putih adalah butter crumble ya.. biar ada asin gurih kriuk gtu.. Tapi belum sempurna sih...

•Öncelikle yumurtaları çırpmaya başlıyoruz.
•Daha sonra çatal yardımıyla ezdiğimiz muzlarımızı ekliyoruz.
•Sonra sırasıyla tek tek zeytinyağı, yoğurt, limon suyu, yulaf, karbonat,limon kabuğu rendesi , kabartma tozu ve 150 gr blueberryleri karışıma ekleyip çırpmaya devam ediyoruz.
•Karışımı kaşık yardımıyla muffin kaplarına paylaştırıyoruz ve kalan blueberryleri üzerlerine koyuyoruz.

  • Happy Easter 🐣 the sun 🌞 is already shining and it’s not even half eight. I love Easter, and excited to spend the day with my family. These are some blueberry muffins I made a while back and would do anything to have one now for breakfast. Hope you all have a lovely day and enjoy eating lots of chocolate and treats 🍫🧁🍪 #vegan

  • 💙HEALTHY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS💙

Don’t forget to double tap and save for later!! Ingredients 
1 3/4 cups (plus 1tsp) wholemeal SR flour
1/2 tsp bi carb soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup ( I used sugar free maple syrup) 
2 eggs at room temp
1 cup Greek Yogurt ( I used almond milk yogurt) 
2 tsp vanilla extract 
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries 
1 tbsp of coconut sugar for sprinkling on top

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C and grease a muffin tray.
2. In a large bowl, combine 1 3/4cup flour, bi-carb soda, salt and cinnamon. 
3. In a seperate bowl, combine the oil and maple syrup and beat together with a whisk. Add the eggs and beat well, then add the yogurt and vanilla. Mix well. (If coconut oil solidified in contact with cold ingredients, warm mixture in microwave for 30secs at a time)
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined (remember not to over mix, a few lumps are ok)
5. In a small bowl, toss the blueberries with the remaining 1tsp flour (this helps prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom). Gently fold the blueberries into the batter, the mixture will be thick, but don’t worry. 
6. Divide the batter evenly in your tray and sprinkle the tops with the sugar. 
7. Bake the muffins for 20-25mins, or until muffins are golden on top and a skewer comes out clean. 
8. Cool muffins on a cooling rack. Cover and store at room temp for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days. Alternatively they can be frozen for up to 3 months! 
Makes 12 muffins!

* 120 ملل حليب * 100غ سكر
*  قبصة ملح
* م كبيرة خميرة الحلوى(baking powder)
* م كبيرة فانيليا
* م صغيرة بشر برتقال * 220غ دقيق
* 150غ حبيبات الشكولاتة( نصف محلاة)
* 200غ توت أزرق مفرزن (surgelées ) نحتاج للكرانبل (crumble)  نمزج :
-  م كبيرة من السكر - م كبيرة من الدقيق
- م كبيرة من الزيت 👩🏼‍🍳الطريقة :
* نخلط كل من البيض-السكر -الملح-الفانيليا- الزيت -بشر البرتقال و الحليب * نضيف الدقيق المنخول -الخميرة و نمزج * ثم التوت و حبيبات الشكولاتة مع مراعاة الخلط برفق * نوزع الخليط بنفس المقدار( ثلت القالب فقط)بالصينية الخاصة بخبر المافن المغطاة بورق الزبدة * ونضع مزيج الكرامبل على سطح العجين * تخبز لمدة 25دقيقة على درجة 180درجة * و تقدم بالصحة و العافية ‏
