  • AWOHL legs done! Done late but I was out of town with a pre birthday celebration. Did I want to do a workout tonight?  No, my dogs were loving I was home. . . But goals. .  In fact I figured I'd do this and be done, but no the savage in me had to add some extra work in. Plus I'm meeting some girls at the gym tomorrow to keep everyone Piyo ready when our instructor comes back and I thought of some great moves (they may hate me) tomorrow starts a new year in my life, but I'll be healthier tomorrow than I am today. #nevermissamonday #bodybeast #fitchic #legday #legs #awohllegs #lifting #squats #goals #fitinmy40s @sagithebeast

Is it always easy to eat right and workout?!? Heck no!! In fact, it has taken me years to figure out... I lacked knowledge and accountability... and in my search for the "perfect diet" and best workout, I over complicated the entire process. 
I have learned so much I love to share:
👊🏻How simple nutrition can be
👊🏻How delicious meals can be with wholesome ingredients
👊🏻How effective a 30 minute workout at home can be
👊🏻How inexpensive feeding your family healthy meals can be

You better believe I am going to enjoy chocolate on Halloween 🎃 and wings during football 🏈! And I want to teach you how!! I have only 5 spots left in my October group.  I want to teach you how simple it truly is to get results!

Food prepped a turkey for Monday  Salads for lunch for week  Sagi meatballs  Potato soup for dinner
Today was incredible it amazes me how we push our body and it keeps going, love when Sagi said it’s just pain play with it😂 gave 💯% today in every way... glad everything is done , now to fold laundry💥👊🏻♥️ everyone push yourself!
