Grab a weight, kettle bell is preferred but dumbbells will work just as fine! Sit down into a seated squat, legs parallel to the floor. You’ll basically be making an infinity motion between your legs! After passing through ten times, hope back and perform ten mountain climbers. That’s one round, aim for ten rounds!

It’s a great combo to really help you build your legs and butt, combining that with mountain climbers, you’ve got a great fat burning circuit!

  • Друзья! Вы задаёте много вопросов относительно Андрея ,где будет ещё соревноваться ,какие планы и т.д. 
Именно об это мой пост. 
Сразу скажу что соревновательный сезон "Весна2019" окончен. Это решение было принято всей нашей командой. Для меня важно решение спортсмена и ссылаясь на свой опыт я 100% согласен с Андреем.  Кто в теме тот понимает что бодибилдинг- это самый тяжёлый вид спорта в Мире. И не всегда у нас получается задуманное. В планах у нас набор и закрепиться в категории ББ90+. Да в принципе планов огромное количество! И уже сегодня мы приступаем к их реализации. Тем более что со здоровьем у спортсмена все отлично. Так что можно прогрессировать !
Скажу честно я очень доволен как Андрей выступил. Бронза на Кубке Киева и золото 🥇 На Кубке Южного Региона... Эмоций было - через край! 
Мы обязательно придём за золотом Украины ! Но это будет совсем другая история. 
Ну а пока я от всей души желаю спортсменам анаболизма , здоровья , побед и ярких эмоций.

  • Everyone out here with the 10 year transformation but I made that 3 year transformation on the inside and out! My outside is differs yeah but the confidence and love I have inside is 10x what it was. And who knows what the next 3 years has in stores but with god and my fam and friends in my corner it’ll be great you can bet that! ♥️

  • Pops always told me to write my goals down somewhere I’d see them everyday and on my mirror I wrote that one day I’d see my abs and I know it’s not the fullest but it’s the best I’ve been and I’m definitely gonna get better for sure! From were we started to now there’s only room to go forward never back.
