By popular demand, today we’re going to tackle two of the highly requested muscle groups at the same time: abs and buns.
Grab a weight, kettle bell is preferred but dumbbells will work just as fine! Sit down into a seated squat, legs parallel to the floor. You’ll basically be making an infinity motion between your legs! After passing through ten times, hope back and perform ten mountain climbers. That’s one round, aim for ten rounds!
It’s a great combo to really help you build your legs and butt, combining that with mountain climbers, you’ve got a great fat burning circuit!
We’re in a day in age where people expect perfection. I’m nowhere near perfect(not even close) but I choose to live in gratitude. Got rid of so many toxic habits and picked up new ones to help press me towards purpose. We all make mistakes. Think for a sec, what habits can you ditch?
