Tá chegando a época do ano que ja foi um terror psicológico pra mim.
Biquini, praia, piscina, pouca roupa, juntando com as comilanças de fim de ano (e tudo que eu não consegui emagrecer durante o ano todo), era sinônimo de dietas malucas, chás e produtos diuréticos, termogênicos, incansáveis horas de cardio e tudo que fosse possível para me sentir "pronta" para usar um biquíni. 
Eu quero dizer uma coisa para você: pare com isso! Por amor a vc mesma, pare com isso. Por amor a vc mesma, coloque um biquíni, um maiô se vc se sentir melhor, mas vá aproveitar a vida. Ela tá passando!
Pare de se esconder e vá aproveitar essa época do ano, o sol, o calor que num piscar de olhos já não estará mais nos aquecendo com sua intensidade. Daqui a alguns anos você não vai nem se lembrar da gordurinha que tem quando senta, da estria e celulite que tem no seu glúteo ou do seu braço que balança um pouco. Daqui alguns bons anos, você vai querer voltar no tempo pra poder viver tudo isso novamente. Você vai pensar: "porquê eu me importei tanto com coisas que não fazem tanta diferença assim? Eu queria ter vivido mais." Por amor a você mesma, se no próximo ano você deseja estar com um corpo diferente, pacientemente, comece agora a mudar seus hábitos de forma saudável, mas por favor, prometa a si mesma que nesse verão você não tomará nenhuma medida extremista que vá machucar você, e que você vai se permitir viver 🙏❤

Gaining weight can be as hard as losing weight for some.

⬆️ The main difference in gaining weight (bulking) than losing weight (cutting) is to eat more calories and not less.
⠀
This can seem like an easy thing to do, but for most people, it can be frustrating and hard.

🥦 You still need to think about eating nutritious food, to stay healthy and to keep your body function at optimal levels, you need to eat enough protein to optimize muscle growth (and not lose muscle mass), you need to count your calories to make sure you eat enough calories without putting on too much fat (unless you're doing a dirty bulk).

I would suggest that you opt for as much whole foods as possible and as minimally processed foods as possible, but don't restrict any foods (the same as in when losing weight).
⠀
🍕 If you want to eat pizza, chocolate, ice cream or nutella (I mean, who doesn't?) then eat it. Enjoy the shit out of it.

And then get back on track with eating as much nutritious food as possible.

  • Deads were moving today but my hands hurt. @hamstringpapi dropped a golden cue in his last YT video that i took into today’s session and that was fully taking all the tension out of the bar and just pulling .5 seconds later than usual and just like that, deads were snappy at lockout and super easy off the floor. 180,185,190kg showed here all @7 4x6. Also, 75% sure i will be starting a youtube very very soon documenting my preps leading up to nationals for next year 💪🏻💪🏻 BW:187.6

  • Conventional marriage advice and counseling typically focuses heavily on one aspect of the relationship, that being communication.
