Lately I've been struggling a lot, haven't been to the gym in over a month been eating like crap, I just seem to have lost all motivation. Right now I'm sitting outside of the gym trying to get myself to go in and do something but I just don't want to as bad as that sounds so I decided to post a picture from the past trying to remind myself of who I want to be and where I was happiest. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to this stage of mind
