Fixing my hair or trying to show off my back 🤔🤔🧐
Growing my back has become a huge goal for me in the gym💪. I know some women prefer themselves without a muscular upper body. I used to be that way till I started going to the gym consistently. I admire a women who has put hard work into growing their upper body because it isn’t easy! You can’t go in the gym and do one set of lat pull downs and automatically have a wide back. It takes time and proper training.
I know it’s easy to look at a women and say “her muscles are too much” when you don’t understand the work that goes into that physic. It’s okay not to personally like the look but at least appreciate the hard work and dedication. #strongisbeautiful
The hardest thing to learn is self confidence 🧗🏼♀️
And the easiest way to find it is in the gym! 🤸🏼♂️
A year ago, I would have never EVER made this page and continued posting on it for people to see. I would have been terrified of people judging it or saying I’m doing something wrong.
Now, I find myself excited to break out my tripod and film my workouts and hear feedback. So what changed?
I practiced! As a non-competitive athlete, the best place for me to practice is in the gym. I think the same goes for anyone with goals to better themselves, athlete or not. Going to the gym gives you:
1. Something to focus on doing PHYSICALLY rather than thinking bad about yourself 😊
2. A goal to achieve. It can be just as simple as better squat form or trying a new lift 🥇
3. Endorphins, which make you confident on their own!
4. Physical health 💪🏻
5. Stress relief! 💆🏼♀️
How do you want to better yourself in the gym?
Day 1 ✔️ This year it’s been all about growing and bettering myself in every aspect. One aspect I was unhappy with was my physique and how I’ve never looked the way I envision myself. So, I took massive action, changed my rituals, changed my circle, and decided to sign on with a team of athletes that are the best at what they do.
This is a 12 week tracking program but a lifetime lesson on discipline and impactful habits.
Let the ride begin! 💪🏽😎
Hey guys! I’m new to the whole social media scene so I just thought I’d go on a mid arvo tangent to introduce who I am, what I’m doing and why I’m doing it!
My names Kayne Rongo and I’m a 22 year old, Wellington, New Zealand, based personal trainer and fitness enthusiast 🏋️♀️
I got into strength & conditioning based training when I was 17 and in my fresher year at uni, and from that moment on my love for the sport grew.
5 years and a Biomedical Sciences degree later 👨🎓, I can safely say I have fell in love with the sport and am so proud of how far I’ve come and what it has done for my health, both physically and mentally.
Back when I first started my studies, I was at a low point, feeling a lack of drive, confidence and a sense of purpose. After being introduced to the sport it changed me in ways I didn’t expect. Something as simple as regular training me a newfound sense of self worth and confidence, where throughout my journey and to this day I am always so proud of my achievements and there is no better feeling than whenever I knock down one of my goals and impress even myself.
As a result of everything this sport has done for me, I’m now looking to take my fitness journey to the next stage and give back. I want to achieve this by passing my knowledge on and helping others realise the benefits of engaging in and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so that they can reap the rewards and take control of their lives!

Peptide GHRP 6
To stimulate the growth of muscle mass athletes often use peptide ghrp 6.
Clinical studies have shown that under the influence of the peptide ghrp on the pituitary gland, the production of growth hormone increases 7-15 times. Also there is a significant increase in the content of insulin-like factor. It can be said that ghrp has the effects of growth hormone.
Since this peptide helps to strengthen the immune system, not only professional athletes but also ordinary people are interested in it. Especially brightly the drug manifests itself after taking ghrp in the elderly.
Like any drug, peptide GHRP 6, it is recommended to use the course, as a result of which you can count on the following results:
