  • До лета остается чуть больше месяца. Так как соревноваться я пока не собираюсь, просто подсушусь к лету, чтоб не стыдно было снять футболку (надеюсь лето нас порадует жарой как и прошлое).

За точку Х беру 31 мая.
Тренинировочный сплит, питание и добавки разберу в следующих постах, а так же напишу текущую антропометрию.
Пока в общих чертах. Тренинг 4-5 дневный сплит, так как ноги тренирую раз в 2 недели. Кардио 4-5 часов в неделю, преимущественно после силовой и один час в неделю натощак.
Питание: абсолютно чистое, только сложные углеводы, никакой гибкой диеты и читдэев. Потому что хочу сделать максимально возможный результат без вреда для здоровья. Возможно будут рефиды, будем смотреть по форме. Питаюсь 4 раза в день, возможен 1-2 перекуса. Бжу пока 180+/60/200. Дальше будем корректировать при необходимости.
Более подробно распишу позже.

Задача сделать вес 82-83 кг. Начал с 89, но месяц пропил креатин. За пару дней сейчас от него должна уйти водичка и посмотрим вес. Получится, что нужно жечь в неделю 1 кг. Это реально 👍 
П.с. ну давай напиши что мышцы сгорят, любимая фраза фитнес-гуру 🤦‍♂️

Dedication: I workout six days a week pushing myself hard everytime I go into the gym. Changing my workout splits to shock my system and pushing as much weight as I can while keeping my rep range fairly high. I have two jobs and go to school and still find time to lift so saying you don’t have time is just an excuse. If you want it bad enough go get it.

Genetics: I’ve always naturally had a larger butt and waist that tapers in god bless lol. I’ve also always had larger shoulders because I did gymnastics for a really long time. But I have really bad knees and back which can be challenging.Knowing your body is key to improving it. -

Motivation: There is plenty of days I’m tired and I feel like garbage and don’t want to lift but I do it anyway. You would be surprised how drastically lifting can change your mood and overall you’re life. I’ve gotten some really cool opportunities and met some awesome people because of it. It’s a new day get up and start your fitness journey.

Estaba entrenando en casa estos días que estuve enferma 🤕 pero realmente necesitaba mi #ironparadise me relaja me llena de energía y me siento rara cuando no hago ejercicios de fuerza

Si aún no te ánimas a entrenar ¿que estás esperando? Hoy me sentía como que tenía un mes sin entrenar 😅 pero apenas finalicé mi primer serie ya todo estaba normal
.
Recuerden que solo siendo constantes veremos los resultados, el cuerpo no responde a pastillas o batidos milagrosos tampoco responde a dietas de dos semanas y entrenamientos de un mes .
Un mes es lo que mas o menos le toma a tu cuerpo adaptarse a lo que estás haciendo pero no es suficiente para ver resultados, cuando estas mas incómod@ es cuando estás a punto de ver los resultados y cuando digo incómod@ no digo que tienen que pasar hambre pero vamos a ser realistas; todo comienzo es incómodo tu cuerpo no está acostumbrado a tu nueva actividad física tampoco está acostumbrado a comer bien o estar en déficit calórico pero tienen que seguir empujándose porque son capaces de lograr lo que sea que se propongan todo esta en nuestra mente al comienzo la lucha es a nivel mental al menos eso pienso yo, entre mas entrenas a tu mente mejores resultados vas a ver, estoy sorprendida con la relación que tengo con la comida hoy en día y es algo que no me imaginé hace 5-6 años cuando no sabía nada de Fitness y nutrición llegue a pensar que ese apego jamás lo superaría.

Tengo un largo camino por recorrer pero ustedes también son motivación y quiero que me acompañen en este camino y sean testigos de que nada es imposible ante una mente determinada 💪🏻

  • There's always more inside of you to give... you might be great,  but knowing that what you have inside of you,  if used to help better others,  will not only make you better,  but better our world around all of us....
Think about how often,  we say,  you know what's wrong with the world today... or,  what we need to do as people or as a community is...
We have to stop just talking about,  but do something! Fix our immediate space,  then push the boundaries of that space further... we have to continue to grow as healthy people,  we need to encourage and produce more healthy circles around us.  And we have to make sure,  daily,  we are the start of the change we want to see in others,  in strangers,  in our world...
I'm excited to say I've started to have conversations and network again towards being back into public speaking and working with troubled youth... to teach not just making better decisions in bad moments,  but better decisions to avoid being in those moments...
I'll never tell any of you to do something i'm not already doing! I encourage all of you to just take one more step everyday towards positivity and growing and walking away from negativity....

Here’s some back day lift variations. My arms tend to dominate the lifts most the time so I mainly use lighter weight with resistance keeping my focus on mind to muscle connectivity and really digging deep to feel that pinching/burning sensation! 🔥🔥🔥Don’t get me wrong I love throwing heavy weight around, however there is time and reason for everything. Set your goals, build a plan and execute!!! Lifting apparel:
