  • 3 years ago I was in the same position as the girls earlier in the Miss Bohol - Meet & Greet with the judges. But this time I hosted the meet & greet. The judges will have a tough time, because all the girls did so well. I am such a proud Boholana 😍

Tonight is the night where a new Boholana Queen will be crowned, and I cannot wait. See you there at the Bohol Wisdom School Gymnasium. #MissBohol

In a world of seven billion people, where every inch of land has been mapped, much of it developed, and too much of it destroyed, the sea remains the final unseen, untouched, and undiscovered wilderness, the planet’s last great frontier.

It’s fascinating how nature works, every thing God has created in this world has its own purpose - that includes us, mother nature, and every living being in this planet 🌎

  • We all have a story to tell, but what makes your story worth someone's time? Read on a captivating story about one of our Interns, @thewadingfeetchronicle and her freediving journey from knowing nothing to being extremely comfortable in the water regardless of her physique. Freediving does not discriminate. It's a matter of your consciousness and awareness, which makes you confident going deep and exploring beyond.

HANNAH'S FREEDIVING JOURNEY:
"On the day we finally flew, just watching Panglao getting bigger and closer from the air was enough to reassure me that we made the right decision. With the sun shining in all its glory, acres of lush green below and shades of blue surrounding the island felt like we made it to tropical paradise.

Freediving started as a curiosity for me. I didn’t even know there was a proper term for it. I thought it was just people swimming deeper with an innate ability to hold their breath, only a special few possessing it.
I chanced upon freediving in the midst of learning how to scuba dive, my first step getting my feet wet. It wasn’t easy at all in the beginning. There was no freediving instructors around, and a few that knew about freedive were also rookies. We learned together with the little knowledge we had.

Just going down to 5 meters and holding my breath for 30 seconds made my heart raced like crazy and all sorts of dumb thoughts bubbled up to the surface of my mind. I’m sure I’m gonna drown doing this, who am I kidding? But once I was down at the bottom looking up, I was stunned. Rays penetrating the blue water, dancing and swirling. The surface glassy, mesmerising, and the waves beckoning. A deep sense of peace washed over me. I wanted to stay down longer.” - Hannah

而且還是世界上最小最迷你的猴子
只是覺得牠好像ET 眼睛大的誇張😳
該不會是因為這樣所以叫眼鏡猴(?

  • as long as you know where to stand, you can be happy with your own without bothering other people’s business. just be careful when you open up to someone about your problems or feelings. because not all listeners are using their ears, sometimes they used their mouth to broadcast your weaknesses in life. think wisely because it helps you to relax away from hypocrisy and negativity. ― 🌴 i love to travel because it helps me to broaden my horizons, and to understand myself more. i let myself absorb all things that come naturally. try not to fret about your bad day, it’s just a day and not a lifetime. remembering all of the good things that happened in our life help us to appreciate the things that we have, and it is our experience. 👣
