If you want to lose 5 kg, you decide to go on a detox, feel misarable, be a terrible girlfriend and have no energy at all. BUT YEAHHHH!!! You lost your 5 kg 👍🏻 (which you probably gain back anyway)

You want to get rid of a fluffy stomach... the gym becomes your best friend. My fitnesspal becomes your best friend. Results are coming. However, you’re to scared to go out for dinner, or eat at your friend house because you don’t know how much oil they used frying your chicken. YAS! You always need to eat at home!!!WOOOHO.

Of course, you’ll need to make sacrifices in order to get to reach a goal. You need to get out of your comfortzone.

But is this the life you want to live? Do you see yourself living this way in a year? Maybe two or three years?

Probably not.

Making sacrifices is needed. Living a life you hate, not.

In order to lose weight. Let me rephrase that “in order to SUCCESFULLY lose weight” you’ll need to find a way of living you still love. While reaching your goal. While losing weight.

No perfect one size fits all diet. Start creating YOUR OWN perfect diet 😉

  • Happy Saturday loves! 💖🥳 Today was crazy. Woke up at 4:30 to work from 5:30-1, worked out exhausted, had a bad body image day, but that’s life! Every day isn’t going to be perfect. There are going to be crazy days that get to you, everyone has them. But the key is to stay positive and motivated! Headed out to enjoy an awesome late dinner with bae, relax, and call it a night 💖

Hope you all crushed your Saturday! So thankful for you all 💖

It’s about having the discipline to do the hard things on the days you’d rather do anything else. It’s about creating the habit of doing what you have to do now, to accomplish the goals you have for the person you want to become.

And there’s my little Sunday rant

  • I haven't been on a plane, as a matter of fact, I haven't been or done a bunch of shit - but I have been able to hit many checkpoints on my journey to being successful af.

  • Last day of unicorn hair (hopefully) and the last day of freedom 😭 next semester starts tomorrow and I am so, so sad about seeing summer coming to an end. I am NOOOOOT a fan of change so rearranging my workout split, my errand days, introducing homework back into my life, I’m def not a fan of any of it. I’m high key stressing out about all of these changes but it’s time to embrace it because shit, I can’t do anything about it. Wish me luck y’all because I’m sure gonna need it 😅

  • I've been dealing with some pretty bad lower back pain for the past 6 weeks or so and have only deadlifted once in the past month (only up to 120kg conventional due to discomfort). Decided to give sumo a go today and my back managed to hold up at a 220kg single and 160x5 back off set. Will give this variation a go until my back is fully healed, I've been in this situation before (being injured purely because of ego and going for volume PRs every workout on conventional deadlifts). I'll know better next time 🙃
