Leg workout ⬇️
8 minute warm up
6x 20, 10, 8, 5, 2, 1 - heavy hip thrust
4x10 - split squats on smith machine 
4x 10 - abduction 
4x10 - cable pull through
4x10 - cable DL
4x10 - hyperextension
SS
4x10 - DB RDL
3x 20 - walking lunges 
Also, don’t mind my pony tail that is literally on top of my head. I remember when I cut my hair and wanted my long hair back, and now that my hair has grown in, I forgot how annoying it can be to workout 😂 struggle is real😜

  • Looking for some simple Glute activation exercises using Booty Bands?

Here are just three that I did this afternoon.

My workout consisted of simple clams, and monster walks first to get glutes firing!! Then the workout was:

Wall sit - 30 sec (3 sets)
Squat to pulse squat x10 (3 sets)
Glute Bridges with Abduction x10 (3 sets)

I only had about 25 minutes between clients so this was a quick get it done workout. 
I would normally spend about an hour on my workout...but when time is limited you take what you can get.

Somehow han convinced me to let her lead me through a leg day, and it was so fun learning a few different machines with her!! Bookmark for the next time you’re at a gym. Here’s what we did:⁣

-10 reps, 4 rounds (per side if single sided)⁣
-Increase the weight each round so that the final set your muscle is 💀
