  • First session with this amazing PT @emilywallacept and I loved it! 
Not only because of the weight I could lift (by the way...this was my 2nd set of it so I am a bit tired but...I was so shocked I could reach that number that I asked to film it so i can remember how much i have achieved in the last 5 years!) 👌🏼👏🏼🏋🏻‍♀️

(But I have to say...I never thought I would be lifting 60kgs on my FIRST SESSION! I mean how do you go from there?! No pressure right?! 😱🤪 but HARD WORK...ALWAYS...PAYS OFF!!) ..
Anywho...sharing this video MAINLY because of how Em was really paying attention to me...my posture...my position...making sure I wasn't hurting myself not just physically but also mentally...I an always so hard on myself. And for some people it might feel weird that I say that about a personal trainer but I have seen trainers not doing their job properly and it feels soo good and makes you soo much more relaxed and confident knowing that they have your back at @infinitefitnesspeninsula 
It makes a whole difference! They TRULY care about your health and well-being! Each PT. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Go check them out! Very affordable gym too especially considering what they offer you and HOW MUCH THEY LOOK AFTER YOU!! So again...THANK YOU SO MUCH @emilywallacept YOU ARE A LEGEND!! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW THE NEXT FEW WEEKS GO!! 💪🏽👊🏼🏋🏻‍♀️🙏🏽😎

This drill will help your timing, rhythm and conditioning.
