Coming at you on a Tuesday morning with another delish oat bowl combination: creamy oats with hot sautéed berries (from frozen), Greek yoghurt, sliced bananas, pepitas, hemp seeds and peanut butter ✨🙌🏼🤸♀️⠀
I make my creamy rolled oats on the stovetop. I’ve found that the best way to do this is by using a ratio of 1:2 with rolled oats and liquid - so I use 1/2 cup oats to at least 1 cup liquid, but customise the amount of oats for your needs! Use a low heat to cook them for longer, stirring often, so they are extra soft 👏🏼☺️⠀⠀
With this breakfast bowl I’ve included a source of protein (yoghurt) and healthy fats (PB, pepitas and hemp seeds) with the oats and fruit to create a balanced meal 🤗⠀⠀

Needed a lighter breakfast today after a weekend packed with fun family, friends and a lot of food (elasticated waist band today & breath)
Quick to make oat and nut packed hob top granola.
This is roughly what went in it -add 2 tbsp of maple syrup to a pan, 1 cup of oats, 1 tbsp of cacao powder and 1/3 cup of toasted coconut chips (more of you like - we love them).
Stir together and heat slightly.
In a dry frying pan on a medium /high heat add 2 handfuls of pumpkin seed, chip a good hand full of each of these -Brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts (or what ever nuts you have to hand) then add them to the pan. Heat and shake the pan until the pumpkin seeds start popping and the nuts are light toasted. Stir everything together in the pan.
Add some to a bowl, with blueberries and your choice of milk (used almond today). Watch the milk turn chocolatey or add a spoonful of yoghurt either way. Ended with a cup of pepper mint tea and this beautiful weather x #healthytwists#oats#granola#oatmeal#breakfast#breakfastideas

I finally prepared my own #porridge mix! The main ingredient is #oat , then I added 8 tbs of #chia seed and of #flax seed a bit of #cinnamon and of #coconut ... But I like it because everyone can custom his own mix and be creative!! 😉✌🏽🤩 .
IT finalmente ho trovato il tempo di preparare il mio mix personalizzato per il porridge! Come ingrediente principale ho usato l’ #avena e ho aggiunto 8 cucchiai di #semi di chia e di #lino , un po’ di #cannella a piacere e delle scaglie di #cocco ... La cosa più bella è che ognuno può creare il suo mix personalizzato e cambiare a seconda dei gusti personali!! 😉✌🏽🤩

Today was one of those mornings when I actually had time, so I decided to cook my banana pancakes: 1 egg & 1 banana, smashed and mixed with a little bit of flour. Pre-heat the pan with a bit of butter and cook, serve with what you want. In this case I put cinnamon, chia seeds, blueberries and a teaspoon of raspberry jam👩🏻🍳
