The stomach vacuum exercise is a great way to strengthen your abs, helping to improve your posture while also protecting your inner organs. 
You can do this exercise from almost any position, including 1️⃣standing, 2️⃣sitting, and 3️⃣kneeling. ➡️Just exhale all of the air in your body while pulling in your stomach to perform the exercise. Make sure to hold this position for at least 5 ⏱seconds.

Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs up with air. Go slowly, breathing in for roughly 3-5 seconds.
Exhale slowly as you pull your stomach muscles inward and hold until you are ready to inhale again. 
Then, relax your muscles. It’s super important that you let out the air through your mouth instead of your nose, since this gives you more control over your breathing. Exhale slowly until there isn’t any air left in your body.
While you are exhaling, suck in your stomach as far as it will go. 🙄To visualize what your stomach should look like, picture flattening your belly button against your backbone.

If you can’t suck your stomach in very far, that’s okay! This step takes practice and will improve over time.

If you’re just learning this exercise, you may only be able to hold it for 5-10 seconds.

Relax your muscles and take a nice breath in. Relax your stomach back to its original position, and allow it to expand as your lungs fill with air. 
Start over again with another stomach vacuum as you exhale and suck in your stomach.
People with more experience doing this exercise may do it 10 times before stopping, but start off with 5 times. 
Breathe in deeply and exhale deeply each time, counting the seconds of how long you’re able to hold in your stomach.
✅I like to make a vacuum in the cat's yoga position😻. And if I do this exercise supine with a small pelvic lift, I can pull the lower abdomen to the maximum

  • 그림을 그리면 
나도 모르게 길게 빠져 나와있는
목🐢

인간 거북이가 따로없다.😓
그래도 다행이라는 생각이 들었다.
나에게 요가가 있어서:)
좋아하는 그림을 그리려면
할머니가 될때까지 평생 요가를 해야겠다 싶다. 
호흡만으로도 큰 도움이 되고
나에게 에너지를 준다.

  • Fuck me it’s been a ride. It’s mad how much has gone down in 2019. I am crazy in love with this year but holy mother of god it is unyielding. 
I feel it like an insatiable forest fire, insaned with heat, streaking through my internal landscape, incinerating all but full truth. Torching all the low slung cover, leaving honesty revealed, quaking naked and twisted from years crouched beneath thorny undergrowth. Howling in terror covering its nude with long bony fingers.  And when I see these creatures: pathetic, deformed &.. pain-speared cowering from the light my heart breaks for them. 
I want to pull back my ribs and take them into my heart and bathe them in love and blood warm and cleansing until they stop their shaking. The hiccuping cry of the truly torn. 
Does it sound awful? Because it’s not. It’s incredibly beautiful. 
And how easy it becomes to see it.  To see it all. To see me as I am. 
Ohhhhhhh.
I think this because of that. 
do this because of that. 
Want this because of that. 
Grab this because of that
Repeat this because of that 
This is defence. 
This is judgement. 
This is fear. 
This is pain. 
TruthTruthTruthTruthTruthTruth
And still the fire rages on. 
Miraculously in its wake there is the tree that is me standing tall and strong,  future growth unhindered by the energy suck of feeding the undergrowth stories that protect my abandoned pieces.  I see how the fire is healing, purposeful.  The forest fire stripped me Bare To nourish my red wood warrior roots to deepen in earth and reach towards truth. .

Fight to hold your position - fall back no further - then fight for the inches, to crawl slowly forward.

Keep hope and keep faith, bright light awaits your distant future, despite not yet seeing even a small flicker.

Your spirit no longer leading, recoiled protected deep inside you, your mind gone robotic, your body the robot, just surviving not living, no feeling no giving.
.
Yet the light remains out there - not guiding the way nor at all guaranteed - but as real as you realize your full true potential.

Harness your grit, will and resiliency to bridge past the worst of the worst until hard earned new days layer slowly into momentum.

One day the challenge of your last chapter will be blurry, made so by time as it tends to hold memory, and blinded by the light of your present day attention.

Be where you are, fully completely.

Fight a good fight - win more breaths and trudge forward head up - better day upon day. Do remember once blessed with true luxury, breathing freely feeling safe strong healthy happy - do get your mind caught with the current, fully here and now where you are, so your spirit emerges.
