  • When it's broken it's broken.. Not all things have to be filled with expected emotions such as happiness. In general we do not tend to speak about the other side of the "office door". Even with close friends, we try to mask our feelings in order to keep up a "perfect frame" that holds the "perfect picture" everybody else are expecting to see... Talking about your emotions don't make them bigger or smaller, it just allows you to get it out there .. in the open - in the space where, once spoken, it actually can loose its stigma. 
When was the last time you really opened up about something that bothers you? 
Something that keeps you choked up in conversations where you'd like to speak up and let it all out? 
Why is it so that we are only measured as "good" when we talk about "happy things"? What is happiness, really? 
As the holiday season is upon us, & many are leaving their comfortable nests to fly across the world for a long awaited vacation, or off to visit family .. How about you;

Take a moment to reflect on how you really feel. 🤔
Take a moment to just breathe a couple of deep breaths. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
Take a moment to sigh all that out, that you don't really need & just let it out. 🌬
Let it out & let it go. 
Break that bubble & unleash the air .. 🌟 B R E A T H E - J U S T B R E A T H E 🌟
