  • I’m always in awe of how many beautiful spots there are in Utah! You never have to drive too far to explore another canyon and hike another trail. Utah has an impressive collection of hoodoos, arches, natural bridges, and canyons that can’t be found anywhere else!
::::::
Travel tip: 🚗 Rent a car to explore Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. Unlike Europe, there are no trains. And bus service isn’t that common either. You’ll need your own way around to explore all the beauty that this part of the USA has to offer!

  • I felt my lungs inflate with the onrush of scenery, air, mountains, trees, people. I thought, ‘This is what it is to be happy.’ ↠ Sylvia Plath
⠀
The above quote pretty much sums up my feeling when entering a park like Bryce Canyon... the beauty blows me away every time. There was snow blanketing the hoodoos during our recent trip and I love how it accentuated the vibrant orange and red hues 😍 (swipe to see a horizontal image of the scene)

Last National Park we visiTed was #brycecanyon . As others it was created by water and land erosion. Those sandstone towers are called #hoodoos . Right after Zion I liked Bryce the most. It was chilly and it was still snow there - Bryce is known by the temperature differences - day/night. So where it was not snow there was a sandstone slush 😂

  • My mom was the one who really wanted to go here. True enough, it is one of the most beautiful parks I've ever been. I'm really happy we spent most of the time here than the city.

  • Wait for the one. Wait for the kind of the person who brings out the best in you and makes you want to be a better person;💫 The only person who will drop everything to be with you at any time no matter what the circumstances; for the person who makes you smile like no one else ever has. 😊 Wait for the person who wants to show you off to the world because they are so proud of you. 🌎 And most of all, wait for the person who will make you a priority, because that's were you belong! ❤️

  • Bryce Canyon had some crazy, twisted trees. Does anyone know why trees sometimes develop the intricate patterns like on pic 2? I vaguely remember someone telling me it had to do with water/ice, but I can't seem to verify that information online.

  • I can’t wait to get back to this park!! We only spent a few hours in this NP our first time a couple of years ago; but it was by far one of my favorite spots on this week long road trip. The adventures are endless in this magical red rock canyon.

Road Trips are a great way to celebrate National Park Week, how are you celebrating??
