this week i actually enjoyed the 2 sessions i did on my rest days, unexpected lol
AND i went for a walk today and hit my step goal, which hasn't happened in months. so i am basically the epitome of health lmao🥴
when it comes to lifting, you can find me at the squat rack at 6am.
when it comes to cardio, i have to drag my butt over there. 
considering i work an office job and walk 3 steps a day, i should probably do something about this lol

  • Sunday’s mean more gains 💥🤟 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I always have a better session on a Sunday gym is quieter it’s my day off so I can spend as much time as I like👻 and to top it off its leg day🙏 had two rest days as I’ve been going everyday so far this month 🤟 remember rest is needed you can’t train on sore muscles!!!     2020 so far has been such an awesome start. I’ve got some big things coming with some big people joining me. I met some amazing people in 2019 that I’m so keen to bring with me 2020. Going to focus this year on creating some godly content for you guys and trying to develop a bigger physique. ⁣

Learning to accept myself at all stages again ❤️ it’s a hard road sometimes, but you’re usually your own worst critic💁‍♀️ Being basically full bulk and around 4months post show wasn’t the FUNNEST at the fit expo or golds gym but 🤷‍♀️ I didn’t let a little fluff ruin my weekend! I embraced all 177lbs of me and had a GREAT time out in LA. Being around a bunch of like minded people was definitely a thrill! -
Plus ya girl got some MAJOR leg goals 🦵🏽and drastically cutting down for one weekend would be dumb🤪(in the long run). The goal is still 30in legs in off season. Post show they were a little under 25in but now they’re 28inches😌😆 Im just a bit excited about this🥰 if ya can’t tell😉

Как и обещала коллаж до спорта/сейчас. На фотографиях слева я в 2011 году. Именно тогда начался мой долгий путь в железный мир. До этого времени я совсем не занималась спортом, СОВСЕМ. Поэтому и фигура была соответствующей, заложенной генетикой "по умолчанию"🥴 А именно: широченная талия со "спасательным кругом' на фоне тонких ног и полным отсутствием попы. Вес в основном колебался от 58 кг до 60 кг. С 2011г. по 2015г. занималась сама дома, иногда в спортзале. В силу семейных обстоятельств периодичность тренировок была хаотичной, непостоянной. О правильном питании речи вообще не шло. На тот момент я думала мне можно кушать все "я же тренируюсь!". Вечерами "на ура" залетали пиццы, майонезные салаты и пр.🤦‍♀️ В 2016 г. наконец то получилось регулярно ходить в зал, соблюдать режим тренировок при более менее чистом питании. За полгода я сбросила 5 кг, и при росте 168 см весила 55 кг. Вес устаканился, и можно было бы остановиться, но... Но меня не переставали беспокоить мои пропорции. Я всегда восхищалась мировыми фитнес звездами. Х-образная форма тела (еще называют песочные часы), узкая талия, упругая попа 🍑, выразительная спина, сочные ноги🤤 Идеальные пропорции для девушки, как по мне, с точки зрения эстетики🤗 Поэтому я решила подготовиться к соревнованиям фитнес бикини, полностью поменяв подход к тренировкам и питанию при помощи тренера. С учетом того, что к тому моменту мы планировали беременность, подготовка проходила в легком режиме. Так сказать разведка, без намеков на топовые места. Просто посмотреть, что получится, как отреагирует тело на изменение режима, сушку, как я буду чувствовать себя на сцене. В итоге весной 2017 г. я заняла 13 место на Московской области, чему была очень рада😌Однако это не все. Меня заметила Ивета Стаценко (есть даже видео, об этом я сделаю отдельный пост😉) и пригласила в свою команду. Счастью не было предела🤗Уже тогда я знала, кто она, и какая это честь для меня😌🙏 Мы обменялись с ней контактами.
