Not bad for a first attempt!!!!! Gammon is so underrated. Found a recipe to do a honey roast gammon on the @biggreenegguk. Looks and smells amazing can’t wait to taste it.
Roasted for 3 hours on a 150c oven then removed the skin, studded the fat with cloves. Dusted with @colmansuk mustard powder and liberally poured maple syrup over the top. Returned to the big green egg to glaze.
