Seperti biasa makacih ga pelit rempah, dimasak dengan hati dan hati-hati 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳, dengan proses yang cukup panjang supaya bisa meredam bau yang banyak ditakutin orang-orang. Banyak yang bilang jengkol makacih ga bau.. Kok bisa?.. Soal rasa? Cobaaa dulu deeh.. Hihi 😄

  • ⬆️Pumpkin Soup (Part-2)⬆️
Wheeled Cooking Show/Episode-2

Pumpkin preparation (clean all seeds out)

1 tsp of nutmeg per piece 
S/P to taste
1 whole garlic cut in 1/2
1 cup rosemary
1 cup thyme
1/4 cup olive oil 
Massage dry ingredients into the pumpkin after scoring it with a knife and brushing it with e.v.o.o.

Make sure 1/2 of the herbs and garlic are in each half of the pumpkin once cut into 2 pcs

Wrap with tinfoil & bake at 425f for 1 1/2-2 hours flipping the pumpkin once half way through. Pumpkin should be tender when finished. Gut the pumpkin add to blender. 
Pumpkin Soup

2 cups low sodium chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbs unsalted butter
S/P to taste
4 cloves of roasted garlic
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup roasted thyme

Blend until smooth and velvety 
Return soup to a pot and cook down until perfect consistency and is brought back up to temperature of your liking.

Garnishes

Wild mushroom
1 cup All purpose flour
Add water until batter is smooth and runs off a spoon keep it light buy adding more water but make sure it will coat the mushroom before frying. Try frying at 356 degrees. (For a liter batter use sparkling 💦 water)

Bacon strips
cooked till crispy

Brussel sprout leaves 
Flash fried at 356 degrees
(Be careful with the water 💦 that the leaves contain the water will cause the hot oil to splatter once it goes in) 
The goal here is to let the products shine without adding to much. But it’s your soup now so enjoy it the way you like it. (Optional de shelled pumpkin seeds for added texture.) ⬆️Watch our show on YouTube ⬆️ Visit Us Online www.mycatering.us #mytastycatering
