This made me laugh and want to cry at the same time😂
I wanted to cry because I am so thankful mom convinced me to join the track team when I was 16. I became a long distance runner and my journey with running began. I tell you, it was not easy!! I remember running for the first time, I was like: "this ain't for me," second time: "nope, not coming here again," third time: "never again," fourth: "why are you torturing yourself?" and many many many more days where I was like: "no." What kept me going? Motivation and the track team became my family, and so did running. It was hard to sleep with sore muscles. Oh no they weren't sore, they were being torn apart at night repairing😂 But that run, breathing fresh air, trying not to stumble on the rocks, making sure your coach is amazed by you, and making sure I was amazed by myself and what I can do! That's what kept me going💕
I wanted to laugh because the first minute jogging is the worst😂 I still fight with my brain and muscles to keep going😂 This is how my first minute jogging looks like:
Brain: "Let's go home and get in a yoga workout, I promise you it's easier than this."
Me: "No, tomorrow is yoga dude."
Brain: "But yoga will work all your muscle parts, triceps, biceps, your back. Running ain't doing you no good." *And then I remember how much practicing yoga has enhanced my running performances*

Mit 15 km heute bin ich zufrieden. Insbesondere, weil meine durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit von 05:38 min/km auch absolut in Ordnung ist.
#freeletics habe ich nicht wirklich gemacht, außer den 25 #burpees meiner #burpeeschallenge . Und morgen, denke ich, wird es auch nicht anders, denn es ist der letzte Tag von der RunForTheOceans challenge.
Nach dem Lauf war ich immerhin auf Platz 9.450. Von fast 1.5 Millionen Teilnehmern. Und ich bin damit ganz zufrieden. Hoffentlich schaffe ich es, dass es am Ende für die Besten 10k reicht. Denn jetzt bin ich, nach 6 Stunden auf Platz 10.050.

Devo ammettere che il tramonto è di un anno fa in Croazia. Quella sera passeggiavo in riva al mare tutta ustionata alla ricerca di nuove spiaggette per il giorno dopo con 2 bambini brontolanti e stufi di camminare. Ahh i ricordi, quanto só belli. E come vorrei ritrovarmi lì adesso. Buonanotte sognatori! 🌇
Wow, this experience was beyond all expectations in so many ways!
You might think because of the bronze medal. You might think because I made it here even though I had spinal surgery 2 years ago.
But to receive so much generosity on the path leading up to and during these championships has been overwhelming.
First off, thanks to my coach, Martin Altemark, doing all my programming so I can fit in showbiz, track and field, weightlifting and CrossFit and be competitive in a high level. Then Rickard Nilsson who made what I do, resemble weightlifting. @crossfitsolid for being such an inspiring place. John Aspgren for letting me use his lifting suit with super powers. @gyulabercsenyi(who I'm cheering for tomorrow), @morganask, Jan Hinrichsen, Tapio Kinnunen and last but not least Ola Quist, Tomas Östlund and the whole Bergsjö AK team for taking care of this rookie.
I am overjoyed that I got 4 approved lifts, the fact it was enough for the bronze medal and Swedish records in both the Snatch and Clean & jerk for 50+ in the new 89kg category .... Speechless. The whole journey has been so inspiring thanks to you all.
