  • After coming out of yesterday's anxiety pit...😨🔥 I woke up this morning and went to the gym at 6am ready to put points on the board.💪 However, I pulled my groin warming up and could barely bend my knee let alone go to town on a few squats as intended... It's funny how our brains play tricks on us when shit gets hard... Go home Cam...Give up...It would be stupid to do anything on it... Fuck you...Thats what I said in response...Lies all of them, I've been deceived before and I won't be again... I stayed put...I did what I could despite not walking...

  • Great news!!! As you may have seen a few weeks ago I got to do a cook up for the RCC family day, but the great news is that this Sunday I get to do it all over again. 
Once again the event will be held at the Reggio Calabria club 476 Brunswick Road Parkville from 9-3pm during the kustom kruiser car show.

For those of you who are dying to know what’s in the burger, this was a modified BSA cheesy with double beef patties, double American cheese, peperonata (fried capsicum and potato) BSA special sauce, pickles and bacon all stacked in a custom made bun from Nonna J's Homebake.
