It's not about the feeling of winning or losing - it's about working hard everyday and seeing progression in anything you do. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience during the process and not being afraid to do it again and again!

Why do I dislike them? Read the caption and let’s discuss this in the comments 💬
You see these challenges popping up on Instagram all of the time! Especially around New Years time when people have over eaten, feel uncomfortable about their weight and want positive changes 👍
The issue here is that people are poorly informed and sometimes don’t know what the best way is and are mislead down these extreme challenges and end up restricting all kinds of food from their diets 😨 This creates an unhealthy method of fat loss and will ultimately end up failing because one reason:
IT’S NOT REALISTICALLY SUSTAINABLE OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME🔥
You need to create a lifestyle to change, quick fixes are not the long term solution🙈
Have you ever fallen for these silly challenges? Tell me your story. Let’s talk 💬
Great post by @lewfitness ⠀
While it may seem trivial, one of the biggest benefits to growing a chest chiseled by Greek Gods is to not be afraid to ditch the bar for a while. Dumbbells give you a greater range of motion; allowing you to reach a deep stretch at the bottom and mobility to fully contract (squeeze) at the top. They also engage/strengthen all the stabilizers and core which will translates into a stronger overall bench when you return to the bar.
I genuinely enjoy high volume Bench Press workouts, it is so much fun and you always leave the gym feeling so good! Here is 165lbs for my top sets of 12, felt really easy but kind of misgrooved the last rep. Next week I will get to do a 12RM so I am excited to see what I hit.
There is no better way to build muscle mass than through high volume training. If you want to pack on muscle or get strong, you have to start here.
Bench press 105kg(231lbs) 25 reps over 8 sets
How to increase your bench?
1 - Use Micro-loading To Apply Progressive Overload
This means instead of trying to add 2.5kg to the bar each time you hit your desired reps and sets, start adding 1.5kg, 1.25kg or 1kg instead. If you do this you can continue to make steady strength gains.
2 - Volume at high weight > set completion
If I fail 5x5 weight 2 weeks in a row, I increase the weight on 3rd week and break the 25 reps over however many sets it takes. It got me stronger, on deadlift squat and bench.
2 - Warm Up Properly
Gone are the days of warming up on the treadmill and in are the days of warming up with movements specific to the exercise you’re performing.
4 - Technqiue
Have seen the smallest guys lift 4 plates, how? It's their technique, I talk about this in earlier post
5 - Believe
If u don't believe you can do the lift, you are already on the back foot, positivity is your friend.
Military Press is great for building Arm, SHOULDER, Back and Core Strength. Use of legdrive is acceptable when trying to up your weights.
