  • ✨The greatest transformation of my life!
Exactly one year ago, I realized how terrible my life was and how poorly I was treating my body. I was dealing with so much in my personal life, I only consumed around 1,000 calories a day due to stress and lack of appetite, and worked out all the time using the gym as an escape.
💡Then one day it hit me, I was so fed up with how miserable I was and feeling so low and unworthy so I started making some serious changes in my life. I cut out all the BS dragging me down, started taking my health more serious, and completely changed my way of thinking. The biggest transformation of all is the complete shift I made with my mindset. Going from someone who never understood self love and always telling myself I didn’t deserve happiness and I was unworthy of everything, to becoming someone who told herself everyday that I deserve better, I deserve to be happy and I will live the life that I know I deserve.
🙌🏻 I took the class to become a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist for myself. To teach myself how to take care of my body and nourish my body with healthful foods and once I realized how much I was helping myself, I felt it was only necessary for me to turn around and help the next person in line so I decided to take the step to becoming a coach and started this fitness account and here I am today.
🤯I am completely shook by how my life is right now, the love and support from friends and family and the wonderful community of women on IG making me feel better than I ever have. And to think this wouldn’t have ever happened if I never would have started loving myself and telling myself I deserve better.
❤️Your entire life can really change in a year. You just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more, and be disciplined enough to actually work for it.
It really terrifies me to think where I would be today if I didn’t decide to change my life for the better and I’m so glad I never gave up on myself.

Too many people have the wrong idea about it. They don’t understand the importance of it.

Frankly, most people actually think that eating carbs after a workout will undo what they did in the gym.

WRONG.
.
I used to think this way too. I used to spend almost double the time at the gym as I do now and not see the results.

I used to take just protein after I worked out.
.
Or I used to wait till I would eat a whole food meal.

Never saw the results.

Why is PWO important? When we workout we break down our muscles & deplete our glycogen levels.

If you are trying to produce lean muscle gain you need to reverse that by supplying your muscles with an efficient protein/carb source.

This is a must to replenish glycogen levels, take your body out of Catabolic State (muscle breakdown) and shift it into Anabolic State (fat burning).
