  • 铁锅蛋是河南省很有特色的一道名菜,属于豫菜系。其味美,色泽红黄,油润明亮,鲜嫩软香,回味无穷。用特制的铁锅盖放火上烧红。鸡蛋打入碗内,搅匀,放入火腿丁、荸荠丁、虾子和海米、味精、料酒、盐水,铁锅放在小火上,将大油注入蛋浆中,并用勺慢慢搅动,防止蛋浆抓锅。待蛋浆八成熟时,用火钩挂住烧红的铁锅盖盖在铁锅上,利用盖子睥高温,将蛋浆烤凝结,暄起使蛋浆糨皮发亮,呈红黄色。

  • Non fa ancora freddissimo, è vero, so che il peggio deve ancora arrivare 😌 però... una bella pentolona fumante di montone piccante ci stava tutta questa sera!!!! 🐏🐏🐏 🍲🍲🍲Vi piace la mia cura per il freddo? 😁😁 Ci sono piatti che fanno bene e cibi che nutrono anche l'anima. 😋😋😋 Questo piatto saporito, per dirla con Mozart 😜 mi ha ridato la carica! 💪💪💪 Oggi è stata una giornata pesante al lavoro, dal punto di vista emotivo. 😌 Non è mai semplice lavorare in un team multiculturale, perché è indubbio che siamo diversi nel pensare e nell'agire e se con alcune persone ci si intende al volo e si instaura un'intesa come se ci si conoscesse da sempre, con altri anche il minimo gesto o parola fraintesa può creare problemi. 😫Senza parlare del fatto che insegnare agli adolescenti è una delle sfide più grandi che un umano possa affrontare oggi 🙈🙈🙈😂😂😂 Se poi a breve c'è anche in programma un saggio di fine semestre... ammi ammi che stress!!! 😱😱😱😵😵😵😂😂😂 Comunque la mia "cura" a base di montone piccante stufato ha funzionato. 😁😜 Ora dormirò come una papessa 😂😂😂 e domani niente ragazzetti, si torna in scena! 🎭🎭🎭 Chissà come mi acconceranno i capelli domani? 🤔🤔🤔 Ogni volta cambiano qualcosa... Mah? Eh son problemi igeruzzi 😂😂😂 🙈🙈🙈

  • 香港麻辣烫餐厅屈指可数,今天晚上吃的这家 #汤火功夫麻辣烫 味道竟然出奇的好!比我之前在深圳吃的還好吃。
麻辣燙其實跟車仔麵是類似的吃法,區別在於湯底。麻辣燙顧名思義,湯底麻辣味道比較重,可以理解成川渝風格的車仔麵。

没有麻辣味,就不能叫麻辣烫了。本着尝试的心态試了冬陰功湯底,可惜冬陰功味也不是很正宗。
另外還有番茄湯底,下次再來試。

  • After awhile, finally we had the opportunity to come to The Chinese Kitchen. They’ve been opened for sometime but we have nvr gotten a chance to visit. That (not very) lazy Sunday afternoon, we tried too much. haha. apparently the portion was surprisingly enormous so we’re good for the next two days lunch. haha. We love the atmosphere so much, the intimacy and how fast they serve the food. I think the most time consuming was how we decided what to order. Because EVERYTHING was tempting!! But once you ordered, they’ll serve you in no time. Chop chop!!
