Almost a decade when I first published this yummy low carb, gluten-free and sugar-free German Chocolate Zucchini Cake! Zucchini makes this decadent chocolate treat moist and perfect in every bite. Kids would not even know they are enjoying a chocolate treat made with vegetables. 1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup low carb sweetener (I used 1/2 cup Pyure)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup coconut oil (liquified)
4 large eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups zucchini (shredded)
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
PECAN COCONUT FROSTING:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup sweetener (I used Swerve Confectioners Powder)
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup butter vegan margarine (for dairy-free)
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans .

I've always admired Creo's family-to-family direct trade system: they are a family of farmers and chocolate makers in Portland, Oregon, and they buy cacao direct from another family, cacao farmers in Ecuador! ❤
After hugs and catching up at the booth, I chose the wonderful Nibs & Sea Salt bar, made from just cacao, sugar, cocoa butter, and Icelandic sea salt. Pure and delicious! After I took it back to my beautiful room (thanks to dear Kim of @goodkingcacao, who generously engages in radical hospitality behind the scenes to make chocolate professionals feel welcome in Seattle when we come to the Festival!), this charming bar wanted to pose on this colorful textile (pillowcase)! 💛 #chocolateforbreakfast #SeattleNovember2019

🍲 Ingrediente 🍲
1/2 colher de sobremesa de requeijão
1/2 colher de sobremesa de açúcar demerara
2 colheres de sopa de tapioca
2 morangos amassados
1 colher de sopa de coco ralado
🍛 Modo de Preparo 🍛
Mistura tudo e coloca na frigideira aquecida e tampada, vira de lado para terminar o cozimento.
Corta em 4, coloca uma parte em cima da outra, intercalando e cobrindo com o recheio e morangos picados por cima do recheio (em todas as camadas) e finaliza com coco ralado por cima.
Recheio e Cobertura
1 1/2 dedo de água quente (aqueci no micro)
2 colheres de sobremesa de leite em pó desnatado
1/2 colher de sobremesa de açúcar demerara
mistura bem até formar um creme e depois acrescenta 1 1/2 colher de sobremesa de coco ralado.
Prontinho, agora é só saborear 🍴

Its been another big production day for me with @art__chocolat and as I was making I snapped a video of this salted caramel and how beautiful it was 😍👌🏼 Waves of molten sweet lava, you can’t beat it 👌🏼 This ratio was a 1:1 of sugar and cream and it turned out a treat!

The Create Your Own Candy Bar attraction is separate from the rest of the theme park. For about $27, guests select the type of chocolate, ingredients, and fillings as the bar is made in front of them inside the factory.
